Many of us are waiting to see what impact denominational upheavals in the United Methodist Church will cause in our institutions. Regardless, the work of a librarian with an affinity for Methodist traditions changes very little and the impact of the new Global Methodist Church will affect our administrators and our patrons more than our profession directly. Denominational Group Reports 45 ROUND ROBIN REPORTS Asbury Theological Seminary – This Summer, they are hosting the Wesleyan Studies Summer Seminar. St. Paul Seminary – The library is part of the Mobius Consortium; they are moving to EBSCO Discovery Service/Folio. Duke Divinity - It was mentioned that they are moving to Alma ILS. Duke Divinity hosts the Center for Studies in Wesleyan Tradi- tion & the Wesley Works project. Duke also hosts digital surrogates of local church archives and history. Perkins School of Theology – The Wesley Works project is ongo- ing. They are working with Michelle Taylor and trying to recruit more labor from other Methodist schools and graduate students. The infrastructure may be moving to Emory because they use Am- azon webservices. They are hoping to launch Wesley’s sermons soon. The Bridwell Library is also working on the World Methodist Museum. OTHER For the coming year (23-24) Wesley Custer is the chair and Lee Webb is the vice-chair.
