The Four Spheres of Experience model, which defines four spheres of experience value: entertainment, cognitive, escapist and aesthetic, is most effective when it hits the intersection of these spheres and thus implements the concept of flow, the so-called optimal experience – full immersion in life (according to Mihaly Csikszentmi- halyi), so if this intersection is achieved, business becomes a means of mass effective communication with customers (Figure 2):	cache/issue-2209.pdf	txt/issue-2209.txt
