The Law of Ukraine “On Oil and Gas” (Pro naftu i haz) stipulates the following directions of activity of state enterprises: defines the basic legal, economic, and organizational principles of activity of the oil and gas industry of Ukraine; regulates relations concerning the specifics of the use of oil and gas minerals, extraction, transportation, storage and use of oil, gas and products of their processing to ensure Ukraine's energy security; protects the rights of all subjects of relations arising from the geological study of oil and gas content of the mineral resources.	cache/issue-435.pdf	txt/issue-435.txt
