Food security of Ukraine is a derivative of the anthropogenic load on the environment The fundamental principles of the Food Security Concept of FAO include: “food security is not food self- sufficiency; a country must produce a sufficient amount of products for its own needs, if it has certain advantages; a country must be able to import the necessary volume and meet the needs of its citizens for it; governments must provide physical and economic access to safe food” (World Summit on Food Security, 2009).	cache/issue-573.pdf	txt/issue-573.txt
