Since the 19th Party Congress, our Party has established the strategic height of developing socialism with Chinese characteristics and made a major deployment of giving priority to the development of education, accelerating the modernization of education and building a strong education country. This fully puts the status and key role of education in the process of the development of the whole national cause. The General Secretary pointed out that it is necessary to promote international communication capacity building, tell the Chinese story, spread the Chinese voice, and show the world a real, three-dimensional and comprehensive China. Guided by this important idea of General Secretary Xi Jinping, the internationalization of the Chinese language is sailing high and developing fast. The development of international Chinese language education is changing day by day. In the new era, we should scientifically understand the basic concept of international Chinese language education and construct a modern international Chinese language education system that is more open, more inclusive and more standardized. Learning the Spirit of the 20th Party Congress The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is a very important congress held at a crucial moment when the whole Party and all ethnic groups are embarking on a new journey to build a modern socialist country in a comprehensive manner and marching towards the second century goal. On behalf of the 19th Central Committee, General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered a report to the Congress entitled "Raising the Great Banner of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics and Striving in Unity for the Comprehensive Construction of a Modernized Socialist Country". We must set firm ideals and goals, never forget our original intention, remember our mission, and do a good job in education with the spirit of "success is not necessary" and the historical responsibility of "success must be mine". The report of the 20th National Congress by General Secretary Xi has a strong historical depth, which gives us a more comprehensive and clear understanding and judgment of the historical orientation of the new era, so that we can better grasp the pulse of the times. General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech is more impassioned in pointing out the course of our country's development and the great changes it has undergone. Looking ahead, the future of our motherland is incomparably brilliant, which is created by the hard work of hundreds of millions of people, and it is also created by people from all walks of life rolling up their sleeves and doing their best. We should quickly unify our thoughts and actions to the spirit of the conference, take the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress as our guide, practice the new development concept in depth, resolutely implement the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee, roll up our sleeves to work hard and move forward through thick and thin, set up firm ideals and beliefs, follow the Party for life, hold high the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics, replenish our spiritual calcium, strive to promote the vivid practice of Chinese-style modernization, and put into practice, one step at a time, the important principles made by the 20th CPC National Congress. We will put into action the major decisions and deployments made at the 20th Party Congress and see them come to fruition, contributing to the writing of a new chapter of Chinese-style modernization and the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country. 2. Improving Education in Practice General Secretary Xi Jinping proposes that our country places the work of education in a central and important position. In the road of socialist education development with Chinese characteristics, teachers, as the engineers of the human soul, occupy the main position in education, so the importance that General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches to educators is also a recognition of the contribution that teachers make to the Party and the people. As General Secretary Xi Jinping said, education is a major plan for the country and for the Party, and it is also an important cornerstone for national revitalization and social progress. It not only has a positive effect on the country's ability to enhance the innovative and creative vitality of the Chinese nation and achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, but also improves the overall quality of the people and promotes the all-round development of the human being. In recent years, the work of international Chinese language education has made great strides in practice, with China focusing on building a quality and balanced basic education service system, promoting equity and quality in education, and making efforts to solve the challenges of education development. The State has repeatedly made thematic arrangements for the key tasks of education, promoted equity and quality improvement in education, carried out solid work on special rectification of outstanding problems in the field of education, and made efforts to create a clean and upright education ecology. First of all, we have comprehensively improved school conditions, promoted the construction of primary and secondary schools and kindergartens, strongly promoted the "double reduction", and made the implementation of the "double reduction" as the No. 1 project of education supervision, with remarkable results in reducing the burden in schools. At the same time, we have strengthened the construction of the teaching force. It is worthwhile for all educators to think deeply about the question of how to train people, not only to strengthen the teaching of professional knowledge in theoretical courses, but also to adhere to the establishment of moral education, using good moral conduct to influence the character and values of students in a subtle way. It is also necessary to strengthen the Party's leadership in education, and to deepen education reform, vigorously improve students' ideological and moral quality and scientific and cultural quality, and to seize the shortcomings of ideological and political work, cultivate students' ideological and political quality and party spirit, and strengthen patriotic education for students, all of which will continue to improve the influence and appeal of our national education work.
