Historical museum is very important for patriotic education and social development. In order to improve the quality of the people, realize their thoughts and the development of the future of society, museums and memorial halls with historical themes are playing their role. When they visit, people can feel the patriotic and revolutionary spirit in the long history and gain strength. The exhibition design of the museum will add icing on the cake, explore innovative design, get rid of the old tradition, make people have a stronger sense of substitution, and give full play to the spirit of learning. Our group tried to combine the modern style with the traditional historical memorial hall, so that the memorial hall can play its role of patriotism education, promote social development, improve the quality and ideological consciousness of the people, so that people can feel the patriotism and revolutionary spirit in the long history when browsing and visiting. Introduction 1.1 Research Background As one of the important ways to promote the inheritance of history and culture, carry forward red culture and realize "educating people with red culture, beautifying people and cultivating yuan with beauty", historical museums have been developing vigorously in China. I think with the progress of the times, we should follow the new trend, show historical culture with innovative design and build history with modern design, so as to better disseminate cultural information and attract more people to visit and study. Now, with the support of the state, there are more and more historical museums, but with the increase of the number, the similarity of design is higher and higher, and there is no pursuit of personalized and characteristic design, which is an urgent problem to be solved. 1.2 Research Purpose and Significance It is very necessary to study history. Our happy life today is the hard work of our revolutionary ancestors. Their excellent revolutionary spirit and patriotism are worth learning and remembering by all of us. As an important communication channel, historical museums have attracted many people to visit. With the improvement of people's quality of life, the spiritual demand is increasing day by day, In order to better learn the patriotic revolutionary spirit of history and give a profound impact on vision, the display design of historical museums needs to be combined with modern style and innovative ideas. When the number of historical museums increases, they do not pay attention to differentiation. If they are all the same, they will make visitors feel dull. Therefore, it is very necessary to create a highly personalized and characteristic design. Science and technology are moving forward. Therefore, we should go deep into the theme in the process of display design, combined with space, environment, atmosphere, psychology and other factors, Reasonable display and reasonable combination. With the help of various advanced scientific and technological artistic techniques, historical museums can combine tradition with modernity. Introduction to Exhibition Design 2.1 Concept "Exhibition" means to unfold, stretch and carry out on a large scale, "display" means to take things out and let others know, "display" means to unfold things and realize the expected effect through perceptual feeling. Exhibition design is a comprehensive art design. Within the established time and space scope, using the language of art design, through the careful creation of space and plane, it can produce a unique space field, express the theme to be publicized, enable the audience to participate in it, understand its will and achieve the purpose of perfect "communication", which is accompanied by human social politics The phased development of economy is gradually formed. Through the perfect combination of space design, color matching, various elements of furnishings, lighting distribution and atmosphere feeling, the content of the display theme will be displayed to visitors, so that visitors can feel the content that the design wants to express. 2.2 Essential Factor The most important thing in exhibition design is the control of its space, color, props, furnishings and lighting. The display modeling pays attention to proportion and scale, and the design and display techniques can use symmetry and balance. For the visual impact, we can use contrast and harmony. The overall space seeks unity in change and change in unity. There are also repeated gradual changes, rhythm and rhythm, etc. Color can convey rich information through people's vision, act on people's psychological mood and enhance feelings. The lighting includes overall lighting, local lighting and decorative lighting. The creative design of lighting is used to show the flexible visual art. 3. Application of Exhibition Design in Historic Museum 3.1 Definition of Historic Museum The historical museum is to display the cultural industry that commemorates and publicizes historical things, figures and revolutionary spirit. With the purpose of carrying forward the spirit of patriotism, revolutionary spirit and red culture, it urges people to visit, learn and feel the patriotic revolutionary spirit of the times. The exhibition design of the historical museum is to show the theme of the exhibition hall through various creative exhibition forms according to the theme to be displayed and the form of exhibits, highlight the key stories, and let the visitors better learn and feel the spiritual culture of revolutionary history. 3.2 Design Elements of Historic Museum Compared with traditional museums, historical museums focus on the display of cultural relics, which is mainly based on the display board and wall, supplemented by the display of cultural relics. We have added scientific and technological expression methods on the basis of these expression methods to enable visitors to better learn and understand the display theme and content of historical museums. The shape of the exhibition board does not need to be deliberately unified. It can be specially designed and customized according to the space style. The exhibition board includes the General Preface board, some preface boards, some title boards, unit preface boards, unit title boards, etc. Of course, sculpture is necessary. The exquisite depiction of sculpture, the display of historical events at that time or the shaping of a hero can give people an intuitive sense of shock. For ordinary people, watching from a distance is enough to feel. For some people with rich life experience and the pursuit of higher aesthetics, they can better express their artistry and observe more carefully. Panoramic painting is a plastic art that expresses and shows major historical themes. The lighting does not necessarily have to be bright, nor can the whole space be dark. According to different stories, different lighting degrees are designed to create a suitable atmosphere. Science and technology are constantly moving forward. In the process of exhibition design, we should go deep into the theme and reasonably display and combine with space, environment, atmosphere, psychology and other factors. In the space design, there may be limited space, so when displaying historical events, we should pay more attention to the highlight content, adopt appropriate methods to highlight the core content, less but better, so that visitors can feel the central content, create an atmosphere and fully show the theme of the memorial hall. The same is true for the display of cultural relics. In order to impress the visitors, we should give full consideration to the design. Cultural relics are another language of the memorial hall. The combination of various cultural relics and specific situations can make the historical content more vivid and make people feel more real. Rely on the outline of the display theme content, excavate the touching and personalized display elements, focus on the design and expression, and deepen the feelings of the audience. Red is the representative color of our country. "Red" often reminds people of praise words such as auspiciousness, enthusiasm, happiness and prosperity. Red culture is also the spirit of patriotism and the great revolutionary spirit. It is full of profound historical and cultural heritage and is an advanced culture with important inheritance value. In the color matching, we should fully consider the specific content and the overall environment and other factors. Color is full of all places in life, so color is of great significance to design. 3.3 Space Transformation of 1911 Revolution Memorial Hall After many intellectual explorations, our group took the memorial hall of the revolution of 1911 in Wuhan as an example to try to combine modern design style with history and culture, so as to sublimate the role of the memorial hall in patriotism education, promoting social development, improving the quality and ideological consciousness of the people, so that people can feel the patriotism in the long river of history when browsing and visiting The revolutionary spirit is substituted into it. Compared with the traditional historical museums, which take the display of cultural relics as the main display means, we have added modern science and technology to shape the modern style of historical museums. Through the combination of tradition and modernity, we hope to better learn and understand the theme and content to be expressed, and cover various creative expression methods to deepen the visitors' experience. After discussion, we chose the area with the most peculiar space plane in the existing 1911 revolution memorial hall for transformation design, which can make our thoughts more open, interesting and creative. Through the analysis and investigation of architectural space, we first carried out graphic design. The revolution of 1911 took place in the year of 1911 of the Chinese lunar calendar, that is, from 1911 to the beginning of 1912. It was a national revolution aimed at overthrowing the autocratic monarchy of the Qing Dynasty and establishing a republic. From the outbreak of Wuchang Uprising on the night of October 10, 1911 (August 19 of the lunar calendar) to the inauguration of Sun Yat Sen as the interim president of the Republic of China on New Year's day in 1912, we show the revolutionary events in China from the outside to the inside, so that everyone can feel the atmosphere BCP Social Sciences & Humanities ERSS 2021 Volume 14 (2021) 94 of the whole revolution step by step. The outer ring of the whole space mainly uses various display cabinets and LED screens to show the stories and important figures in the early stage of the revolution of 1911. At the entrance, we set up a venue guide, mainly to display the basic information in the exhibition hall, so that visitors can have a basic understanding of this space, to facilitate better follow-up visits, and equipped with modern touch query all-in-one machine, picture and text display boards and other display methods. In the middle area, we focus on using the LED hanging screen with a sense of science and technology and the customized scroll LED screen with creative modeling to show the important figures, important events and memorable items of the revolution of 1911. In the corner area, we also designed representative and iconic sculptures, which gave people a great visual impact, left a deep impression, stimulated the interest of visitors and felt the revolutionary style. We have designed a scroll type electronic equipment. In order to display the historical story fluently, we can watch the beginning and end of the whole theme story like slowly opening the scroll. The so-called important figures, that is, those who have made great contributions to the whole revolutionary event, are their soul. When depicting characters, we should also pay attention to its important spirit for visitors to learn and appreciate. We designed a hanging LED screen with translucent, which has a sense of science and technology and fully shows people and events. Red is the representative color of our country. In the choice between cold and warm, finally, we used warm colors on lights, floors and walls. Although it is said that the great revolution must be accompanied by bloodshed, and the scene of bloodshed is tragic and desolate, we believe that the heroes in history have endless positive energy, and their heroic deeds infect and shine on us. When we visit, we can not only feel the selfless dedication of our ancestors, but also feel a trace of warmth in our hearts. Creation is often a sudden inspiration in real life. As the saying goes, "details determine success or failure". In order to make the exhibition hall more representative, we have adopted the style of old newspapers on the ground, hoping that people can feel like walking on the long river of history when visiting. At any time, we should critically examine the current design works, constantly develop, improve and innovate, and strive to design better design works. 4. Conclusion When designing, it is difficult for us to pursue highly personalized and distinctive design. Often, on the basis of following the theme, we will be bound by the theme content, which is difficult to play under the established conditions. For example, historical museums may not need a certain traditional old style, do not have to create a cold atmosphere, show tragic deeds, and the best design The highest level is to show the essence of the theme with their own unique style, which can directly hit the depths of the hearts of visitors. Historical museums are very important for patriotic education that China attaches great importance to and promote social development.
