With so many years of practice and theory research, the education of China has made tremendous progress. The reform in the school education has been so successful that the quality of education has been improved greatly. In this article, the problems have been analyzed and discussed-- moral education, Student-centred, integrated education, fair education, etc. Keywords: Educational Reform; School; Development; Success. 1. Introduction In order to survive, people need to be adapt to the society and the world, so they must learn the skills and knowledge to live on. Why are the schools needed by people? Because the parents can not be so learned as to know all the subjects, they must send their children to schools to study all the skills and knowledge required. In China, education plays an important role in the society for many years. The examination system also is very important and necessary for people to choose the officials they need and the examination system is thought to be equal and an excellent way in school education.The students need to be learned, or at least they must finish the high school education. The education in China is compulsory to high school level now, so the number of students in China is very big.Every student is unique and special, but the progress of students still follow a unique mode or a way, or a method. The parents can not give their children all the knowledge and skills the children require, so the only way is to operate schools to solve this problem. The teachers in schools specialize in one of some particular subjects or at least some scopes, so they can solve the problem that is “Generations are stronger than generations”. In this way, the society develops and progresses quickly. The position and the function of schools are very essential and very important. Every person goes to school to be a social person rather than a natural one. Schools are the ways for them to socialize and the steps to suit the society progress. [1] 2. Hot Topics 2.1 Moral Education Every method has its advantages, so we should use every method wonderfully. No matter how good the examination scores were, a few students committed crimes in colleges or universities. It is so astonishing that the students had very good examination scores. So we conclude the examination scores are not enough and the exam-oriented education is not enough.We should have moral education first principle, in this way, the students can perform well in all their lives.China has such kind of tradition --paying attention to the students’ moral states. From Confucius to the present, many moral principles have passed generation after generation.The exam-oriented education has many disadvantages because in this system, only the examination scores are paid attention to. But actually, the examination scores are not enough, and the moral state of every one is essential and the moral education comes first. If we do not pay attention to the moral education, the results must be terrible. Observing discipline and obeying the law is the first step for each person. Moral education is so important that everyone must have such kind of education. Morality can cultivate people. Although education is a slow task, education sometimes can be very, very quick. Every one should pay special attention to the students’ moral education, and should not ignore such kind of important phenomenon. The reform of the educational system, and the methods. Not only do we reform the teaching methodology, but also the way of moral education, managing methodology. All the things that are not the benefit of education will be removed.The proved correct methods will be inherited.Moral education is a very important principle, that is, moral education must come first. Each country has its educational aims and goals, although some aims and goals will disappear with the time going by. But some principles will never change or stop. Moral education is such the case, and one of the examples. The most important is the students’ moral standard, then comes the intellectual education,physical education.The students not only should be diligent and enterprising, self-confident,but also should respect teachers and parents,have a good relationship with the classmates.The students must have excellent moral levels and moral standards.The big classes system creates a miracle, which fulfills the dream of equal or fair education.The cramming education has its own advantages,that is,the method contains the students’ free and harmonious development.The cramming education also brings in the realization of the hope of the fair education.Popular education is coming, so the only focus on the students’ examination scores is an unhealthy and incorrect method.All the schools should put the moral education first, then the intellectual education,etc.[2] 2.2 Student-centred The big classes system in China has achieved very good achievements, because all the children go to schools to study and are educated. The teachers’ teaching methods have improved greatly these years. The purpose of teaching reform is to arouse the students’ interest, curiosity and the senses of achievements.The teachers give students a lot of appraisal rather than criticism.The purpose is to arouse the students’ interest and increase the students’ participation in class. The speed of the reform is very great and marvelous, so the reform has achieved great success. The students are tending to be more independent, and the schools are tending to be more Student-centred.[3] The focus is on the students’ performances and the active absorption of the knowledge and the skills. With so many people including all the teachers’ participation, the educational reform is always successful. The educational reform has and will have great results and achievements because the aims and the actions are always right. The instillation method is good because of its high efficiency and good speed of instillation of knowledge and skills. Every coins has two sides, so does the instillation method. The method is sometimes boring and tedious for the young students, so in this way, a lot of failure students occur. The educational reform can thoroughly cure this bad side effect and the quality of education will be improved greatly with so many people’s great work and excellent teaching aims and principles,as well as excellent teaching methods. The reform is just beginning, because many teaching methods have some side-effects.A lot of hard work is needed for us. The teacher should be life-long learners as well as the students.[4] The society is improving quickly and greatly. Only the life-long learners can have a good life and can only suit the society very well. Learning is progress and so the life-long education is the solution to the big demand of knowledge of the society. With the development of material world, the spiritual world is always changing rapidly and greatly.“Men must be educated.” This is one principle of education,so the school educational reform will be needed greatly and deeply. Knowledge is not inherited, while knowledge can be passed on by learning or study.Education has many functions, that is, passing on the culture, knowledge and skills, improving the labors’ quality, increasing people’s living tastes and levels.Education can solve many problems, for example, to solve the trouble and the contradiction of the development or progress. But education should have its material guarantee. Without good material world, the school education will be difficult. [5] In China today, people have stepped into the well-being society and people are well-fed and well-dressed. In this atmosphere, every person wants to be self-improved. The good way of self-improving is school education. The school education must provide the students with good learning habits and good leaning methods. In this way, people can have life-long learning methods.The hot topic of reform is the BCP Social Sciences & Humanities ISSS 2022 Volume 16 (2022) 239 activities of students rather than the teachers.The people’s freedom and liberation movement call for all people’s learning level and also can solve the problem of self-learning.For the schools, the students’ learning habits and learning methods should be in the first place and then comes the self-study method.To be a good teacher, you should go quickly and make the students have so many methods and much knowledge. Many successful teaching methods are also employed,such as tasked-based teaching method,communicative approach, flipped classrooms, project-based learning. So many new methods and their principles aim at cultivating the students’ interest and curiosity, self-confidence and the sense of achievements, which can ensure the students’ successful learning and study at school.The school educational reform focuses on the critical thinking and the divergent thinking.The Russian educationist Sukhomlinsky said, “Learning is not only for the jobs, but learning can increase people’s spiritual life.” Education must promote students’ development. Education makes the possibility to reality. Every person has his or her potential abilities.The purpose of education is to make this potential abilities real. The school education can not be placed by family education, because parents can not be so learned as to grasp each knowledge. Education can solve many problems -- social and cultural. The educational reform focuses on the development to students’ personal prestige and dignity, and in the end fulfills their value of life and the worldly ideal of themselves. The students are progressive, and the teachers can not be in such a hurry as to make students learnable over one night. The teachers should not have corporal punishment on students, because this kind of treatment is inhumane and immoral.The students’ interest, curiosity, the sense of achievements,which are also the purpose and the object of the school educational reform,should be paid great attention to.People’s or students’ active learning and creative work, autonomous learning are brought into focus. That is ,the educational reform focus more on humanity. 2.3 Integrated Development For the survival of the students in the near future, the compulsory education,the life-long learning theories should be implemented in modern China.The survival of the people is a basic problem for the society, so much attention should be paid to this serious problem and phenomenon. The students should have knowledge and skills to live on, thus, the teachers, the schools and the society should work hard to achieve the aim, that is,education.It is not enough to have intellectual education which is so important to everyone. At first, we should pay attention to the students’ moral education, that is, "the moral education first"principle, then comes the intellectual education. Physical education trains students to enjoy good health in all their lives. A person’s study or learning is not enough, and other aspects must be paid attention to. The people’s free and integrated development becomes so important because of the rapidly developing society.People can and should develop fully because this is the requirement of modern fast-developing society.Intellectual education is not enough,because moral education,physical education ,aesthetic education and labor education should come side by side. Only the examination scores are not enough.We should foster all-sided whole persons.The popular society calls for the people’s fully free development, and the one-sided approach of the big industrial has been modified. People are marching along the integrated development approach.The sense of innovation and the abilities of innovation have been on the agenda.The future of Our China’s education is so bright and so successful.The changes and the modification of educational modes, educational aims bring in so tremendous impact towards the society. But it seems that the integrated development theory will not be out-dated. In the world,their exist partial talents and maverick geniuses, but the partial talents and the maverick geniuses also develop and progress in the human society. If the human society does not exist, the human being will only be natural people rather social people. The socialization of human being will be successful, because it is the human society period and it is the ripe time for bumper. The whole-person method or theory is so wonderful and powerful that it should fully succeed. Respecting students’ individual differences and teaching differently has become a method and an approach. People should respect students’ legal rights and the rights of learning in order to make the students progress well. The whole society must create a kind of system -- the rights of learning and progress. 2.4 Fair Education Competition is always there and competition is a good thing for the society because competition can promote the normal school improvement. People have a habit of laziness, which is the enemy of hard work. Competition and co-operation make the world move on. This is a society with competition and co-operation. The compulsory educational method, the life-long learning method, the over-all educational system work together to form an excellent educational system in China. The thing that can not be forgotten is the fair education.The educational system is completed and also may need some improvement sometimes. Anyway, we should provide equal opportunities for all the people-- that is, the compulsory educational system. The education makes the society move forward quickly and makes the society an equal and fair society. The psychology of students appeal also people’s eyes. Every teacher should know enough knowledge of psychological problems of students in the schools. In this way, no misunderstanding may occur. The teaching job is respectable and the pay is, relatively speaking, well-paid. A lot of normal school graduates join in the movement of being a qualified teacher. In all, the teaching job in the country of China is nice. The educational reform also focuses on the teachers’ salaries as well as moral education of China. The moral education always comes first in the country of China and teachers’ moral standard is also good.To be teachers of the students and to be the friends of the students, many teachers in China base on their own occupations to do their own work. Respecting teachers and valuing education is always a habit action of China. Examination and homework are important, I think, and cannot be stopped in China because of the big classes system. The examination and homework are stimuli of study and learning in schools. Without examination, the fair and equal country cannot exist. Homework is just one procedure of school learning. It can check up whether the students study or perform well. We think that the serious problems are the teachers’ and parents’ corporal punishments, flying abuses and criticisms.We think the punishments,abuses and criticisms which should be abandoned are the chief culprits. The examination system and the homework system may not disappear in China, now and future. Education should be integrated development.Only the examination scores are not enough, because students should be developed fully. Every person is different, so we should teach students in accordance of their aptitude.The progress and development of students must be interacted closely and fully with the potential abilities and the teaching.With the different potential abilities, we should teach students differently according to their abilities without wasting the students’ natural abilities. Learning is a must. Every person should learn. If we want to have a much fairer society, the fair education should be paid attention to. If the education is good, the society must be good also. For the teachers, they should work hard to keep up with the times and should not fall behind. The teachers should be the representatives of advanced productive forces and should always lead in the front. The teachers of the schools in China are required to learn to advance with the times, to be life-long learners, the teachers and friends of students. All the requirements need thorough thinking and good actions.Teachers should be the life-long learners at first, and in this way, the students can be cultivated to be life-long learners also.The educational school reform will be successful with the participation of all the teachers.Theories and actions must develop side-by-side, thus, the ideal methods of education will succeed. The teachers at first must have correct teaching methodology and in this way, may invent or create their own teaching methodology and teaching principles. In China, there is a very famous principle--"the Unity of knowledge and action".So, theories and actions are a whole and cannot be separated. In this way, teaching theories, teaching principles will be developed with the BCP Social Sciences & Humanities ISSS 2022 Volume 16 (2022) 241 practice and the theories work side by side. With the development of education, many new methods or approaches will be employed with many people’ hard work. The school educational reform will be successful with so many teachers and such good material guarantees. Because the theories are already good, the school educational reform will be successful. Teachers should face all the students rather than some good students. “No one should be left behind” theory is more and more popular, so the students should be treated equally. A fair and equal school educational system must be built. 3. Conclusion With so many years of teaching practice and theory research, the educational system in China is excellent with so many people’s diligent hard work. China has a tradition that is to respect teachers and value education, thus, the Chinese society is fair and equal. The emphasis on moral education and the integrated development of students have successfully made China an educational power. After many years of practice and theory research, with the educational reform, Chinese education will be more and more successful indeed. This is beyond reproach: the aim of the school educational reform is to promote the development and progress of students. Anyway, the school educational reform will be successful. The educational reform is so profound that it spreads to all the students, all the teachers and all sectors of the society. We hold the point that the school educational reform will be successful, because it reflects moral education, quality education, integrated education and also reflects the success of the Student-centred educational principle. In nowadays’ modern China, the good things will pass on and the bad things will be discarded. The world will be more and more wonderful. The success will never be avoided because the school educational reform suits the development of human society and the people’s law of growth.
