Against 1035 TLC-Bioautography Testing The solidified MHA media was swabbed with Staphylococcus aureus MRSA and Klebsiella pneumoniae ESBL bacteria using a sterile ose needle, then the media was left for 10 minutes so that the bacterial suspension could be absorbed, after solidifying and absorbing, the eluted TLC plate was placed and pressed slightly on the surface of the media, after 30 minutes the TLC plate was lifted then the MHA media was incubated at 37℃ for 24 hours, the inhibition zone formed on the surface of the media was observed.
