The average contents of milk components in milk cows are as fol- lows: protein 2.9-5.0%, milk fat 2.5-6.0%, lactose 3.6- 5.5%, minerals 0.6-0.9% and water 85.5%-89.5%.	cache/cvj-74.pdf	txt/cvj-74.txt
