Most researchers have concluded that method of delivery (F2F vs. online vs. mixed) appears not to greatly impact the effectiveness of or satisfaction with LI, indicating that properly planned and executed online LI activities can be suit- able adjuncts or substitutes for F2F LI.14 Research in all of the above areas is vital to the continued success of academic libraries, especially in a higher education environment where accountability and assessment are increasingly important.15 There can be no doubt that academic librarians need to continue to explore issues of user satisfaction, the measure- ment and benchmarking of information literacy skills, and the effectiveness and perception of various forms of LI.	cache/crl-16204.pdf	txt/crl-16204.txt
