Recently, ACRL, ALA’s Office for Informa­ tion Technology Policy (OITP), the Associa­ tion of Research Libraries, the Association of American Law Libraries, the Medical Library Association, and the Special Libraries Asso­ ciation endorsed a new Statement on Fair Use and Electronic Reserves, in response to con­ fusion about the TEACH Act and ongoing uncertainty regarding e-reserves and fair use.
