Submit a completed ACRL committee volunteer form (pub lished in the November issue of C &RL News and available at ALA conferences). T he Illinois State L ibrary in cooperation w ith th e S ta te D e p a r t m e n t o f C o r r e c tio n s h as d e v elo p ed one o f th e larg est program s of prison li b r a r y se rv ic e in th e U n ite d S ta te s. T h e m ain p u rp o se of this survey is to identify th e p ro b lem areas w hich have d e v elo p e d and to co n sid er pos sible solutions for each.
