The Dodd- Frank approach to dealing with the CRAs' conflict of interest problem has been associated with the Franken Proposal, which will be officially implemented if no better solution is presented by 2012.3 This Note analyzes the pros and cons of the Franken Proposal and its alternatives, concluding that an even better solution may exist for regulating the conflicts of interest that rating agencies face.	cache/cblr-2899.pdf	txt/cblr-2899.txt
