Duda, Ph.D., is a graduate of the MPA program at the Pennsylvania State University and a 1994 graduate of thc doctoral program at the State University of New York, Binghamton. Professor Duda specializes in state and local government issues such as strategic planning, regulatory politics and rural economic development. She teaches political science at Kutztown University. Gerard J. Fitzpatrick, Ph.D., is a Professor of Politics at Ursinus College. He has publications in the areas of public law and American political thought. He received his doctoral degree from the University of Virginia. Stephanie Greco Larson, Ph.D., is an associate professor of political science ;mn coordinator of the women studies program at Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Her research focuses on the content and consequences of political communication. Joseph R. Marbach, Ph.D., is an assistant professor of political science at Seton Hall University in Newark, New Jersey. James Yoho, J.D., Ph.D., is an assistant professor of political science at Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barrc, Pcnnsylvania.
