The following tasks are typically involved: i) Handling Missing Values: Any gaps or missing data points are addressed through imputation techniques to maintain dataset completeness. ii) Outlier Detection and Removal: Outliers, data points significantly deviating from the norm, are identified and removed to prevent them from skewing the results. iii) Data Normalization: Data normalization, which includes techniques like min-max scaling or z- score standardization, is applied to eliminate any scale-related biases.
