Recommended reforms include conditional exemptions for green investments, the establishment of Special Economic Zones (SEZs) for sustainable businesses, long-term leasing models, fast-track approvals for renewable energy projects, and public-private partnerships in green infrastructure. These measures would enable Himachal Pradesh to achieve climate resilience while promoting eco-friendly business models that support sustainable development goals (SDGs).
