If severe hypoplasia occurs, most parts of tooth enamel will disappear.7 Hypoplasia is called as quantitative abnormality, usually followed by hypocalcification which is called qualitative abnormality.8 Hypocalcification (demarcated opacities) resulted from imperfect mineralization on enamel and manifest in the form of white spot.7 Li et al.9 reported that enamel hypoplasia of children’s permanent teeth in rural area in China suspected caused by continuous caries on deciduous teeth which initially happened at the age of 3–5 years.	cache/mkg-1059.pdf	txt/mkg-1059.txt
