President Shavkat Mirziyoyev called it the stage of stepping into the third Renaissance, that is, the stage of creating the foundations of the third Renaissance, and described it as follows: “A new Renaissance in Uzbekistan in the present time, when the glorious power of our people is flourishing - It would be true to say that the foundation for the third Renaissance is being laid. Because today's Uzbekistan is not yesterday’s Uzbekistan. Our nation today is not the nation of yesterday.” In order to build it, every representative of the country, whether young or old, should make equal efforts. Believing in creating Renaissance requires hard work. This is not an easy process either. Because in order to implement this process, it is necessary to form a layer of spiritual people. In such people thinking prevails over emotional consciousness, a person can control himself. Spirituality is a unique activity that encourages a person to live consciously and have noble qualities. The question of raising it depends more on the person himself and the environment that affects him. We said that the third Renaissance will be built by people of faith. So, what qualities do such people have? Faith is a rare phenomenon related to the human mind and worldview and this concept is considered by many as a one-sided, that is a religious concept. Basically, faith is not only a religious concept but also has a high socio-philosophical meaning and is a very necessary social value for today's era. So, when a community of believers who strive to build the third Renaissance is established they do not choose nationality, race, religion but instead they are committed to creating renewals by being partners with each other. He lives burning for the country, for the people. He thinks not only of today, but of the future. Children care about their happiness and development. This leads to the development of the society and the state. Most importantly the growing young generation will learn from such people and grow up with high faith. A person who believes that the third Renaissance will be established in Uzbekistan in the 21st century sees our country as one of the most developed countries, as it was during the previous Renaissance. He has an understanding of why the future of our country will be great, why it is said with such confidence, and therefore he can draw conclusions. Amir Temur, who was the leader in creating the foundation of the Second Renaissance, first started with the E- Global Congress Hosted online from Plano, Texas, USA. Currently, digitization is rapidly developing in all sectors of our country's economy: industry, transport, agriculture, services, as well as in the field of state and community management. The government is creating necessary conditions for digitalization of our economy, both from the legal and economic side. Uzbekistan adopted the "Digital Uzbekistan-2030" strategy in 2020. This strategy includes state programs for 2020-2022 in terms of digital transformation of several regions and industries. This strategy serves to accelerate the rate of development of the economy of our republic, to improve the quality of life of the population with the help of digital technologies and to increase the competitiveness of business entities. In recent years Uzbekistan has achieved high results in the field of ICT development and digitization, especially in the provision of electronic government services. Such an environment is being created in today's new Uzbekistan. Young people are being brought up as leaders in creativity, science, and education. We are witnessing huge changes in the system of kindergartens and schools, which play a decisive role in their education. Under the leadership of our President, “to create a comprehensive and continuous system that supports a child from birth to the age of 30, helps him find a worthy place in life and builds the foundations of the third Renaissance in our country.” Attention is paid to the importance of providing the environment and conditions that will educate the new Khorezms, Berunis, Ibn Sinas, Ulughbeks, Navoi and Baburs on the way to achieving this. We, pedagogues, educators, teachers, intellectuals and parents, who are the pillars of the renaissance, should take advantage of such opportunities and conditions to raise a generation with high spirituality and take measures to establish faith. First of all, we must convince everyone, especially the younger generation, that the Third Renaissance will be established. Today in New Uzbekistan, relying on the main idea “From national revival to national rise”, the task of creating the foundations of the third Renaissance is set, and it is not a single leader, pedagogue or educator to fulfill it, but this Motherland belongs to all of us, with patriotism in our hearts. Any person who embodies the qualities of philanthropy, humanity and faith should be a propagandist. True, we do not pretend that we will realize the third Renaissance in one year, five years, ten years but we have enough strength, power and opportunity to bring E- Global Congress Hosted online from Plano, Texas, USA. Therefore, we are only required to increase the efficiency of work and education. References 1. Address of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to the Oliy Majlis.
