As we all know, new views, different opinions and new reforms are expanding in the developing new Uzbekistan today. Naturally, in this regard, it is worth emphasizing that, first of all, the effectiveness of the reforms we are carrying out in all spheres of life is connected with the revival of the spirituality of our people, deep study of our rich historical heritage, preservation of our traditions and customs, growth of development of culture and art, science and education. "In addressing the major challenges facing us today, while addressing the pressing issues that directly affect the pressing needs of the population, we must take into account the fundamental and complex aspects of human life in the old age, national values, Historical traditions, we must not forget how much damage our society has been caused by the lack of consideration of universal spiritual values." At present, it must be said that the process of national reconstruction in our country, after almost a century and a half of social and political dependence, was at first quite natural on the basis of special legislation. The courageous changes initiated at the initiative of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirzieyev, have defined a new ideology, a special https://eglobalcongress.com/index.php/egc E- Global Congress Hosted online from Dubai, U. Over the years, the country’s usual sluggishness, stagnation, cross-sectional failure, paisalization, policy of concealing problems and conflicts have been eliminated. Social and political life, which used to be almost non-existent, is being revived by the mass media and civil society is being revitalized. More importantly, people are aware of their freedom and rights, and they are growing in their sense of belonging and responsibility for society. It should now be noted that these criteria are extremely consistent with international criteria, which are generally accepted. It was desirable to cite the ideas set out in the Charter of the United Nations as evidence of that opinion. In particular, the foreword to the Statute states that "we are striving to free future generations from the military misery inflicted on humanity by the two Marts of our lives and to restore faith in fundamental human rights, the dignity of the human person, to the equality of men and women and to the equality of rights of nations large and small, and to respect the obligations arising from treaties and other sources of international law the idea of the view "It is these ideas that are now becoming priorities in our public and political life as we move from national reconstruction to national recovery. Putting forward an idea" from national revival to national recovery", the President noted that the national revival is a stage of self-awareness, rebuilding the foundations of national statehood, this stage occupies an important place on the threshold of independence and in the first years of independence, now Uzbekistan is experiencing a period of revival of its historical, The civilization situation and the development of the genetic human potential of the Uzbek people. The Third Renaissance was marked by the onset of the Baroque era. In fact, the construction of the third renaissance begins with a deeper study and wide dissemination of the rich scientific and spiritual heritage of our great ancestors, who were the first to lay the cornerstone therein. In the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 28 January 2022, PF-60, "On the Strategy for the Development of the New Uzbekistan for 2022- 2026, "in-depth study and wide dissemination of the rich scientific heritage of our great ancestors have been identified as the main task. As a practical proof of our opinion, the State programme for the implementation of the New Uzbekistan Development Strategy 2022-2026 "Year of Human Dignity and Active Makhallas "also states that"in cooperation with such authoritative international https://eglobalcongress.com/index.php/egc E- Global Congress Hosted online from Dubai, U. Carrying out the folk translation of 100 works belonging to Peruvian eminent scientists, creating on their basis scientific and popular treatises, in order to widely disseminate the rich scientific and spiritual heritage of our great ancestors, should be particularly noted such tasks, "Support for the activities of the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan, the centre of Islamic civilization, the international research centres of Imam Bukhari, Imam Termizi, Imam Moturidi". First of all, we must deepen our understanding of the term "renaissance" as a member of a generation that claims a third renaissance. The Renaissance is a French word meant (to be reborn, to be reborn). At this stage it is worth noting that the fundamental essence of the third Renaissance, which we dream of, is also extremely synchronized with its etymological content. According to the Head of State, "while we set ourselves a grand goal - to lay the foundation of the third Renaissance in our country, we must create the environment and conditions for the education of new Khwarezmians, Beruni, Ibn Sina, Ulugbekov, Navoi and Baburov. Above all, the main pillars of our national idea should be the development of education and upbringing, the formation of a healthy lifestyle, the development of science and innovation". Above all, we must look back at history, draw adequate conclusions from the lessons of an earlier Renaissance, and harmonize our actions with the demands of the times. In the two previous Renaissance, our country has reached the peak of development among the countries of the world. No other country in those years could match our political, military, economic, scientific potential. Sources note that the dirham coin, which was conquered during the first Renaissance, that is, in the 9th-10th centuries in Samarkand, was a third of all currencies in circulation in all countries of Europe and the Middle East. Even the Scandinavian Vikings tried to exchange their share for the Dirham. That is, it was the Samarkand dirham at that time had a strong value and served as a universally https://eglobalcongress.com/index.php/egc E- Global Congress Hosted online from Dubai, U. A. This has been reflected in the situation, the potential of the State, its credibility, its economic potential and its strength. The first Renaissance in Central Asia falls during the period of Enlightenment, flourishing religious values. This is due to the fact that at that time the unprecedented rise of science and art has established in this country an atmosphere of high attention to knowledge, education. We must all have a deep understanding of the third rebirth, together with our entire society. Looking back at history, we see that our land, located at the crossroads of the Great Silk Road, has long been one of the hotbeds of high civilization and culture. The rich scientific and cultural heritage of our people, ancient inscriptions carved in stone, priceless ancient monuments, rare works and manuscripts, various artifacts testify to the deep roots of the history of our statehood over three millennia. In the 9th-10th centuries, the torch of science burned in the territory of Central Asia. During this period, the first Renaissance took place on the territory of our country, and the great scientists, recognized all over the world, and our ancestors, who left their indelible names on the pages of history during this period. In particular, the world’s scientific and creative discoveries by such great scholars as Muhammad Khorezmi, Abu Rayhan Beruni, Ahmad Ferghani, Mahmoud Zamahshari have influenced the development of human progress. In this period, recognized as the "golden age" of Islamic culture, such eminent scholars as Imam Buhari, Imam Termizi, Imam Moturudi, Burhanidi Margilani, Abul muyin Nasafi, who grew up in our native land, are the pride of the entire Muslim world. In the 15th century, the magnificent kingdom founded by our Grandfather Sahibqiran Amir Temur and continued by his worthy descendants, marked the beginning of the Second Renaissance, that is, the Second Renaissance, on our land. Our great-grandfather is remembered in history as the patron of the second Renaissance. During this period, Benazir scholars such as Rumi, Mirza Ulugbek, Ghiyashiddin Koshi, Ali Kushchi, classical poets and thinkers as Abdurrahman Jami, Lutfi, Sakkoki, Hafiz Khorezmi, Alisher Navoi, Zakhiridin Babadur wrote and performed in Kazizo. The fame of such historians as Ali Yazdi, Ali Yazdi, Mirkhand, Handamir, Musavvir, such as Kamaliddin Behzad, many calligraphers and prose writers, musicologists and architects has spread throughout the world. Now, with independence, we can fulfill all our most cherished desires. Looking back at past centuries, we lost our national independence, our identity in the https://eglobalcongress.com/index.php/egc E- Global Congress Hosted online from Dubai, U. A. E., E - Conference. Since the repression of the Jadids began a period of stagnation in science. No man could express his opinion clearly, the troubles were upon those who spoke their mind. As we all know, in both epochs of the Renaissance, the heads of State, scientists and thinkers, above all, paid special attention to the education of young people, their spirituality and faith. Each of our ancestors spoke about this in some detail in his works. Therefore, on 19 March 2019, under the chairmanship of President Shavkat Mirzieyev, a video conference was held, devoted to the issues of strengthening the spirituality of young people, their broad involvement in culture, art, physical culture and sports, Training in the use of information technologies, popularization of reading among young people, increasing women’s employment. It was for good reason that these issues were put on the main agenda of the video conference call. Because 30 percent of our population is young men and women aged 14 to 30. Broad conditions have been created for them to acquire an education and a profession. At the same time, the organization of meaningful leisure activities for young people is a topical issue. These five important initiatives put forward by our President in his place are extremely important, as they are aimed at the harmonious upbringing of the new generation. Because if today the younger generation from childhood is interested in sports, art, language learning and reading, if these interests and aspirations are supported, these measures will definitely pay off in the future. The higher the young people are in spiritual and educational terms, physically, spiritually and intellectually, the stronger and stronger their immunity to various foreign vices. As noted in the President’s Address to the Oliy Majlis of 29 December 2020, "the creation of broad opportunities and the provision of comprehensive support to our youth on the way to achieving this goal should be a priority for all of us. Only then will our children become a great and powerful force that will realize the age- old dreams of our people". Indeed, the bridge leading to all glorious goals is a powerful upbringing. This is the spiritual and educational nature of the construction of the third Renaissance in our country. LITERATURE USED: 1.
