Specifically, the study aims to identify possible abnormalities, degenerative changes or other pathological processes that may be associated with the consumption of energy drinks, with the goal of providing specific data for the development of recommendations for the safe use of such drinks and the protection of women's health. Materials and research methods: Morphological studies of energy drinks related to the uterus in the experimental conditions described in this methodological recommendation were carried out in 2022-2023 in the research laboratory of immunohistochemistry and pathogistology located in the vivarium and simulation center of the Bukhara State Medical Institute. Female rats weighing 220-300 g, 4-5 months of age were selected for the purpose of experimental research. All laboratory animals were obtained from the same vivarium and were performed on 4-5 month old white rats. These adult (4-5 months old) white outbred rats were kept under standard vivarium conditions with relative humidity (50-60%), temperature (19-22ºC) and light regime (12 hours dark and 12 hours light). Research results: The application of the method of determining and evaluating the characteristics, pathophysiology, pathogenesis, etiological factor of the morphological changes in the uterus of white non-breed rats that drank energy drink for a long time, in experimental studies, the morphological changes in the uterus of white outbred rat. of infertility, inflammatory and pre-tumor diseases. systematizes study and evaluation, allows to ensure early diagnosis of these studies in practice.
