Therefore, it is necessary to create methods for introducing international standards in agricultural production and production enterprises operating in the agricultural sector. In order to develop the agricultural sector, improve the quality of agricultural products and ensure their international competitiveness, one of the tasks that must be carried out now is to study and analyze standards aimed at ensuring quality in the production and processing of agricultural products in the world, and to introduce the international Global G.A.P. standard in Uzbekistan, which has high indicators in the world for ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products. The role and importance of introducing the international Global G.A.P. standard in ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products produced in Uzbekistan is one of the most important factors. The emergence of the Global G.A.P standard By the end of the 20th century, urgent problems began to arise in Europe in ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products. In order for enterprises exporting agricultural products to minimize the threats associated with food safety in their business, there was a need to develop a new standard for the safety of agricultural products in the trade networks. The resulting standard was named EurepGAP: (Euro-Retailer ProduceWorking Group) - European working group on food retail issues and GAP (Good Agricultural Practice) - Agricultural Improvement Practice. Global GAP is a regulatory document that covers all production processes from the time of planting agricultural crops to the time of harvesting, and in the case of livestock, from the time of entry into production until the intermediate product (feeding and slaughter). Currently, more than 180,000 producers in 124 countries around the world are certified under this certificate. The main goal of this standard is to minimize the level of factors and risks that negatively affect the quality of agricultural products during their production by monitoring all aspects of the production process. The implementation of the Global GAP standard consists of the following stages: - analysis of the state of the farm producing the product. Conducting a preliminary audit for compliance with GlobalGAP requirements. - Conducting a preliminary audit in accordance with the requirements of the Global GAP standard. - Conducting an introductory/training seminar to familiarize farm workers with the requirements of Global GAP. Developing programs for the implementation of Global GAP. - Introducing a system of necessary documents in accordance with the requirements of the standard. - Identifying and assessing possible risks in the production process and methods to prevent their occurrence (hygienic, environmental, chemical, biological, physical, etc.). - Introducing systems for recording the stages of necessary agrotechnical measures in all aspects of production. - Providing consulting services in organizing work on the implementation of a quality system in accordance with the requirements of Global GAP on the territory of the farm. - Providing advice on the implementation of labor protection rules, environmental safety and sanitary standards in production in accordance with the requirements of Global GAP. - Developing an identification and tracking system, implementing procedures for product assessment. - Conducting an internal audit in accordance with the requirements of Global GAP. - Submitting an application to the Certification Body for Global GAP, providing advice during the certification audit by an independent certification body. Staff will be trained at all stages. This system helps to introduce a single, unified quality assurance system in the international community, ensure coverage of the entire product chain, prevent repeated quality audits, eliminate the possibility of counterfeiting, and increase the level of satisfaction of growing consumer demands. The number of organizations certified through the introduction of the Global GAP standard around the world is growing every year. Today, taking into account the impact of various negative factors during the cultivation period on the quality and safety of agricultural products, the Global GAP standard is being applied in more than 100 countries around the world. In most of these countries, a national technical working group has been formed to implement this standard and national standards based on Global GAP have been adopted. For example, Chile GAP - Chilean national standard, AMAGAP - Australian national standard, QS-GAP - German national standard, New Zealand - New Zealand national standard, JGAP - Japanese national standard, China GAP - Chinese national standard, and others. CONCLUSION Currently, our republic does not have internationally recognized or harmonized regulatory documents that ensure the quality and safety of agrotechnical measures during the production of agricultural products. This is especially true at a time when consumers in international (European) markets are demanding the Global GAP certificate, and the lack of attention of our republic's farms to this standard may create obstacles to our agricultural products gaining a place in international markets. Currently, one of the important issues is to increase the export, quality and competitiveness of agricultural products produced in our country, as well as to eliminate technical barriers to trade.
