In fact, the Internet is one of the greatest inventions of the 20th century, a huge information highway that enables the exchange of information. Meanwhile, the reality of life shows that any product of development can be used for two different purposes. Currently most young people spend their free time in internet clubs and accept various information from there. On the one hand, this creates great opportunities for young people to get an education, and on the other hand, the ideas foreign to our national ideology entering through this system have a negative impact on their morale. Today, through the Internet, one can communicate with people from any corner of the world and receive the information they need. Information affects human life in various directions. In the age of information, “abstraction” is taking place, that is, information is becoming a powerful tool that is causing problems that concern the whole world. In the information age, sharing and receiving the data from the Internet has become commonplace. “Cyber terrorism” has appeared on the Internet which means that some individuals organize an information attack based on their own interests. In turn, this is the reason for the spread of information attacks and popular culture through various information systems and technologies in the context of globalization. The information attack spreading through the Internet also affects our national values inherited from our ancestors. Because we are preserving our nationality and we are known to the world as an independent country, some countries try to organize an information attack through the global network. At this point, it is necessary to pay attention to the opinion of the President of our country Shavkat Mirziyoev: “We must never forget one thing. If we say that the threat of “mass culture” comes only from outside - from the West, we are very wrong. This trouble, unfortunately, can come from ourselves, from among ourselves. I am not saying these things from heaven. It is natural for any reasonable person to come to such a conclusion after watching some newspapers mailto:malikakhojaeva1@gmail.com E- Global Congress Hosted online from Plano, Texas, USA. In this place, his level of education, outlook, lifestyle and living conditions, social status play an important role. As a result of neglecting the education and training of young people, the young people's ambivalence, lack of courage, inattention and negligence to the events of social life lead to insufficient formation of faith in them, and they remain without faith or indifference. People who have not developed their beliefs often follow or imitate others. Depending on the conditions, they sometimes deviate in this direction. Because, due to the lack of knowledge, experience and logical consistency in their activities, they do not have clear value criteria and goals. In such cases, their lack of faith can be a barrier to progress. Therefore, it is very important to teach future professionals to think independently in higher education. According to A. Tashanov, a scientist who has conducted many studies on these problems: “...the further deepening of the information revolution, the creation of technical tools and psychological mechanisms that affect a person will make it possible to form the worldview of an individual in a context different from traditional culture. This creates conditions for the emergence of completely new forms of ideologies that lie outside traditional political, religious or other concepts. The signs of a society with a developed media culture are especially evident in the field of foreign policy. The mediatization of society is not a simple connection of social, technological, economic, political and cultural mechanisms, but a coordinated, general development process. Furthermore, as the head of our republic noted, “We are all witnessing the drastic changes taking place in the world today. The active introduction of advanced technologies and the development of the global information and communication space are rapidly changing all processes, serving to develop new forms of cooperation at the level of continents, regions, countries and business. In the principle of “struggle for human mind and heart”, the relationship between ideas and consciousness is expressed on the basis of Eastern philosophical thinking. An idea becomes a call to action, a motivating force, a guide for activity only when it occupies the heart of a person through the mind, becomes an integral part of a person’s spiritual and spiritual condition. Therefore, today, adherence to this principle forms the core of the ideological struggle. E- Global Congress Hosted online from Plano, Texas, USA.
