Tashkent city branch of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Center of Oncology and Radiology of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, tillyashaykhovarano@gmail.com Introduction The gold standard for the treatment of patients with non-muscularly invasive RMP is a tumor TOUR. However, the frequency of relapses after the TOUR is extremely high (50-90%, on average 80%).The possibility of progression after 5 years ranges from 7 to 40%. Materials and methods: 51 rounds of M.P. were performed on the basis of the urological department of the RSNPTSOIU TGF among the operated patients, 21 men, 30 women. The age of patients is from 35 to 80 years. Standard preoperative examination included ultrasound, excretory urography, lung X-ray, cystoscopy with tumor biopsy. Polypocal tumor growth was detected in 7 patients. Primary tumor was noted in 39 patients. Of the 12 patients, 5 reported a relapse after TURm.p., 7 after open resection of M.P. all patients who had polypocal growth and operated on for relapses had severe concomitant pathology, age >70 years. After explaining the possible treatment options, all patients chose endoscopic treatment. Results: everyone underwent a tumor tour with ablastic treatment of adjacent tissues. In the n/a period, M.P. was drained for 1-2 days. Histological examination revealed transitional cell carcinoma of varying degrees of differentiation. Highly differentiated - in 26, moderately differentiated – in 17, low–differentiated - in 8 patients. In 10 patients, a pathomorphological examination showed a lower degree of malignancy. 5 translates from G1 to G2 and 5 G2 to G3. Invasion of the muscle layer- T2a was detected in 3 patients. the falley catheter was removed for 1-2 days n/a. In 1 patient during the operation, extraperitoneal perforation of the wall of the M.P. occurred. Complications were recognized during the operation. M.P. was drained by a falley catheter for up to 5 days. In the n / a period, antibacterial therapy. TOUR is the method of choice for the radical treatment of superficial cancer in combination with intravesical methods of profelaxis, helps in determining the depth of the lesion and the degree of differentiation of the tumor in order to stage the process and determine further treatment tactics.
