Despite the great number of theoretical publication on the problems of evaluating company performance, basing on the system of financial and non-financial indicators (Hafeez, 2002; Philips, Louvieris 2005; Craig, Moores, 2005; Lau, Sholihin, 2005; Fernandes et.al., 2006; Prieto, Revila, 2006; Wier et.al., 2007; Chen et.al., 2009; Cardinaels, van Veen- Dirks, 2010) there are problems in practical application of this indicators’ system as there is no single approach to identification, classification, measurement and evaluation of non-financial performance indicators.	cache/eistud-1099.pdf	txt/eistud-1099.txt
