In terms of Chilean public policies, European ideas have had a significant impact on three main aspects: a) the mechanism of allocating public financial resources (MECESUP) b) a new culture of planning and assessing projects for HE and c) in an indirect way, the National Accreditation System which has come under European influence.	cache/eistud-6973.pdf	txt/eistud-6973.txt
