In the paper "On the basisness in L2(0,1) of the root functions in not strongly regular boundary

value problems", European Journal of Pure and Applied Mathematics, V. 1, N.2: 51-60 (2008)

a) in conditions of Lemmas and Theorems, it is assumed that q(x) satisfies the following
