AIMS AND SCOPE 

 ANNALS of the Suceava University – FOOD ENGINEERING is the 
scientific official journal of the Faculty of Food Engineering. The 
journal policy is to publish high quality original scientific articles and 
reviews in the areas of food engineering and related disciplines, in a 
foreign language accepted by the UE. It should not have been 
previously publish and should not be under consideration for 
publication elsewhere. 
ANNALS of the Suceava University – FOOD ENGINEERING is a 
semiannually publication that is assessed and acknowledged by the 
CNCSIS dependent upon the Ministry of Education and Research.
