The research direction mainly includes starting from the private enterprises in Liaoning Free Trade Zone, studying their development mode and influence, and analyzing the comparative advantages of private enterprises to the economic development of Liaoning under the background of free trade zone. The framework of this paper is divided into four parts. First, it introduces the basic concepts and characteristics of free trade zone and private enterprises, then points out the limitations of the development of Liaoning Free Trade Zone, and then analyzes the promotion of economic growth by private enterprises in Liaoning through case analysis, and then analyzes the promotion role of private enterprises in Liaoning. In summary, this paper focuses on the study of private enterprises in Liaoning Free Trade Zone, discusses their development model and its impact on Liaoning's economic development, and provides a valuable reference for the study of this field. Introduction As an important form of opening up, the building of free trade zones is of great significance in promoting economic development, attracting investment and optimizing industrial structure. With the deepening of China's reform and opening up, the pace of the construction of the free trade zone is also accelerating [1]. The free trade zone not only provides enterprises with a more flexible and convenient foreign trade policy and trade environment, but also provides greater space and opportunities for the development of private enterprises. Liaoning Free Trade Zone, as the only free trade zone in northeast China, has unique geographical location and resource advantages. The construction of the free trade zone has brought new opportunities and challenges to the development of private enterprises in Liaoning.[2] Private enterprises in Liaoning have always been an important force in Liaoning's economic development, but due to the constraints of system, policy and other factors, the status and role of private enterprises in Liaoning's economy are not prominent enough. Therefore, this paper will take Liaoning Free Trade Zone as an example to discuss the advantages of free trade zone construction on the development of private enterprises, analyze the limitations of the development of Liaoning Free Trade zone, and further explore the role of private enterprises in promoting economic growth in Liaoning by analyzing the cases of private enterprises in Liaoning. Through this study, it aims to provide reference and reference for the development of Liaoning Free Trade Zone, and also provide certain enlightenment for the construction of free trade zone and the development of private enterprises in other regions [3]. The purpose of this study is to explore the advantages of free trade zone construction on the development of private enterprises in Liaoning province. Limitations of the Development of Liaoning Free Trade Zone 2.1. Establishment and development status of Liaoning Free Trade Zone The establishment and development status of Liaoning Free Trade Zone can be evaluated from different angles. From the government level, the FTZ has made positive progress. The Liaoning provincial government has attached great importance to the construction of the FTZ, put forward a series of policies and measures to support its development, and increased resource input and policy support. At the same time, Liaoning FTZ has also attracted a large number of domestic and foreign investment, and various types of enterprises have entered the FTZ, injecting new vitality into the economic development of Liaoning. However, the development of Liaoning Free Trade Zone still faces some challenges. First, the institutional mechanisms within the FTZ need to be further improved. There are still some obstacles in the administrative approval and access systems in the FTZ, which restrict the speed and 84 effectiveness of the development of the FTZ. In addition, the Liaoning FTZ has a relatively unitary industrial structure, over-reliance on traditional industries and a lack of support from technological innovation and high-end industries, which restricts the long-term development of the FTZ [4]. In order to promote the further development of the Liaoning FTZ, the government needs to increase support for the FTZ, further reform and optimize the system and mechanism of the FTZ, strengthen cooperation and exchanges with other FTZ and the international market, and attract more excellent enterprises and projects to the FTZ. At the same time, enterprises in the FTZ also need to strengthen their innovation and technology research and development capabilities to enhance their competitiveness and contribute more to the development of the FTZ. To sum up, Liaoning FTZ has made some achievements in its creation and development, but it still faces some challenges. Only through further reform and innovation, and strengthening cooperation between the government and enterprises, can the FTZ achieve sustainable development and make greater contributions to Liaoning's economic growth and industrial upgrading. 2.2. Challenges facing the development of Liaoning FTZ To address these challenges, Liaoning FTZ can take a series of measures. First, it should increase support for emerging industries and promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries to high-tech and high value-added industries. Second, we need to strengthen transport infrastructure, improve logistics efficiency and reduce transport costs. [5] At the same time, the internationalization level of Liaoning Free Trade Zone should be improved to attract more foreign investment and international enterprises to invest and cooperate here. In addition, it is also necessary to actively cultivate and introduce new drivers, strengthen technological innovation and talent introduction, and improve the innovation capacity and competitiveness of the FTZ. Finally, exchanges and cooperation with other free trade zones and international partners should be strengthened to jointly promote the development of free trade zones.[6] To sum up, the Liaoning FTZ faces some challenges in its development, but as long as all parties work together, take effective measures and give full play to the advantages and potential of the FTZ, they can effectively deal with the challenges and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the FTZ. 3. The Role of Private Enterprises in Promoting Liaoning Private enterprises play an important role in promoting the economic growth of Liaoning. By driving employment growth, enhancing industrial competitiveness and promoting regional economic development, private enterprises have made positive contributions to the steady growth and sustainable development of Liaoning's economy. However, private enterprises still face some challenges in the process of development, such as difficulties in financing and high barriers to market access. Therefore, the government should increase its support for private enterprises, provide more convenience and opportunities, and further give play to the positive role of private enterprises in economic growth. [7] Future research could focus on the role of private enterprises in innovation and technological upgrading, as well as their position and influence in international competition. 3.1. Drive job growth Driving employment growth is one of the important promoting roles of private enterprises to Liaoning's economic development. The construction of the Liaoning Free Trade Zone has provided a more open and convenient business environment for private enterprises, further stimulating their innovation vitality and development potential. By creating more job opportunities, private enterprises have become an important body of employment in the Liaoning region. The construction of the Liaoning Free Trade Zone has provided a better development environment for the development of private enterprises, further stimulating their innovation vitality and entrepreneurial enthusiasm.[8] By promoting technological innovation, market expansion and innovative and entrepreneurial activities, private enterprises have created a large number of job opportunities for the Liaoning region and driven the growth and development of the Liaoning economy. Driving employment growth is one of the driving roles of private enterprises in Liaoning, which is of great significance for promoting economic growth, optimizing industrial structure and promoting innovation- driven development. 3.2. Improve industrial competitiveness Improving industrial competitiveness is one of the important goals in the development of private enterprises in Liaoning. The improvement of industrial competitiveness can promote the long-term development of enterprises and the stability of market position. [1] In the construction of the Liaoning Free Trade Zone, private enterprises have continuously improved their industrial competitiveness and promoted Liaoning's economic development by implementing a series of measures. Private enterprises have promoted the economic development of Liaoning by improving their industrial competitiveness in the construction of Liaoning Free Trade Zone. By strengthening technological innovation, implementing capital operation and expanding the market, private enterprises have continuously improved their competitiveness and market position, which has promoted the upgrading and transformation of Liaoning's industrial structure. However, there are still some problems and challenges, such as the innovation ability and brand building of private enterprises need to be improved, and the government and relevant departments should increase policy support to further optimize the business environment and provide better conditions and opportunities for the development of private enterprises.[3] 3.3. Promote regional economic development The promotion of regional economic development is an important aspect of private enterprises to promote the role of Liaoning. The construction of the Liaoning Free Trade Zone has provided a good external environment and opportunities for the development of private enterprises, while also injecting new vitality into the development of the regional economy. The driving role of private enterprises in Liaoning is reflected in the promotion of regional economic development. By driving employment growth, improving industrial 85 competitiveness and promoting regional economic development, private enterprises have made important contributions to the construction of Liaoning Free Trade Zone and the development of regional economy. However, at present, there are still problems such as small scale of private enterprises and insufficient innovation capacity, which need to strengthen policy support and innovation capacity building. Future research directions can further analyze the role mechanism of private enterprises in regional economic development, and propose more targeted policies and measures to promote the sustainable and healthy development of private enterprises and greater contribution to regional economy. 4. Conclusion This article mainly from the perspective of Liaoning Free Trade zone, analyzes the advantages of free trade zone construction to the development of private enterprises. First of all, the article introduces the basic concepts and characteristics of free trade zone and private enterprises, and clarifies the background, purpose and significance of the study. Then, the development limitations of Liaoning Free Trade Zone are discussed, including its establishment and development status and the challenges faced. Then, through the case analysis of the mode, current situation and achievements of Liaoning private enterprises to promote economic growth, it expounds its development path choice in the aspects of technological innovation, capital operation and market expansion. At the same time, it analyzes the contribution of private enterprises in Liaoning's economy, the role of private enterprises in innovation and industrial upgrading, and the role of private enterprises in employment and social stability. In addition, it also discusses the role of private enterprises in promoting Liaoning's economic growth, including driving employment growth, improving industrial competitiveness and promoting regional economic development. The role of private enterprises in the adjustment of industrial structure in Liaoning was further discussed, including promoting industrial upgrading, promoting technological innovation and strengthening international cooperation and exchanges.
