Anhui University of Finance and Economics is one of the early financial and economic universities to practice the construction of "new liberal arts". Although its experimental course teaching reform has achieved certain results, it is also faced with many difficulties. For this reason, this paper takes the teaching reform of the experimental course of the methods and means of economic analysis as an example, and makes a research on the existing problems, such as the construction of the ideological and political integration of the curriculum is not deep enough, the level of the development and utilization of the curriculum resource platform is not high, the teaching characteristics of the curriculum are not distinct enough, and the transformation level of the practical training achievements of the curriculum is low. Then it puts forward some positive countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of improving the mechanism construction, integrating teaching resources, updating teaching methods and optimizing the assessment process. Introduction In order to better grasp the historical opportunity of the new round of scientific and technological and industrial revolution, China put forward a new liberal arts construction strategy in August 2018. The strategy of new liberal arts construction requires that the latest achievements and timely transformation of China's theoretical innovation and economic construction should be integrated into education and teaching, so as to effectively improve students' ability to discover, analyze and solve problems, constantly strengthen the experimental course teaching of the times, academic, practical and targeted. Under this background, it is of great practical significance to continuously promote the teaching reform of economic experimental courses, give better play to the application advantages of experimental courses, including economic analysis methods and means, and speed up the training of high-quality economic talents with strong innovative spirit and excellent practical skills. The existing research points out that the talent training in colleges and universities under the concept of new liberal arts education urgently needs the reform and innovation of practical teaching, and the practical teaching of liberal arts, as an important supplement and deepening of theoretical teaching, should shoulder the historical mission of cultivating talents together with theoretical teaching. In order to cope with the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution, undergraduate education in economics and management urgently needs to implant digital economic thinking and transform the teaching paradigm in the era of intelligence [2], and to adhere to the idea of "ideological and political guidance, multi-dimensional experiment, thinking innovation and serving China". Pay attention to the four teaching links of general knowledge, experiment, practice and competition in the process of experimental practice. Effectively cultivate students' international vision, cultural self-confidence, mathematical ability and digital literacy [3]. Anhui University of Finance and Economics is one of the early Chinese universities of finance and economics to practice the construction of "new liberal arts". The "new economic management construction strategy" which was first put forward and promoted is a positive and effective practice of the new liberal arts construction initiative [4]. At the same time, there are still some deficiencies in the reform of the experimental course of economic analysis methods and means in the university, such as the basic construction of curriculum theory, case teaching, achievement incubation and so on. Therefore, we should further consolidate the theoretical foundation of the curriculum, enrich case teaching and increase the incubation of teaching results [5]. For this reason, this paper is based on the strategic background of China's new liberal arts construction, and takes Anhui University of Finance and Economics as an example to study the teaching reform of the experimental course of economic analysis methods and means. It will be specific from the four major demands, such as the rationality of teaching objectives, the practicality of teaching content arrangement, the innovation of teaching process implementation and the application of teaching results promotion, and then combine the current teaching reform practice and shortcomings of the course. Explore the main difficulties faced by the current teaching reform of the course, and finally put forward some countermeasures and suggestions with certain guiding value. 258 2. The Demand for the Teaching Reform of the Experimental Course of Economic Analysis Methods and Means from the Perspective of New Liberal Arts The Declaration on the Construction of New Liberal Arts issued in November 2020 points out that it is necessary to "achieve high-quality and high-level development of liberal arts education". For the teaching reform of the experimental course of economic analysis methods and means, at least new demands are put forward in four aspects: the rationality of the setting of teaching objectives, the practicability of teaching content arrangement, the innovation of teaching process implementation and the application of teaching results promotion. Among them, the rationality of teaching objectives should adhere to respecting the law, adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and continue to improve the modernity, scientificity and creativity of the formulation of curriculum teaching objectives. In the context of the construction of new liberal arts, the teaching reform of the experimental course of economic analysis methods and means should be able to skillfully use the basic positions, viewpoints and methods of Marxism and the theory of Marxism in China, and have the ability to use the basic knowledge and thinking mode of economic analysis to analyze and solve the outstanding economic problems in the operation of China's market economy. This requires that the teaching of the experimental course should be both valuable and academic, the ideological and political guidance of the course should be strengthened, and the reform of high-quality experimental practice teaching should be used to help cultivate high-level, high-quality, and ideal comprehensive talents in economics and management. In terms of practicability, the arrangement of teaching content should be based on China's national conditions, insist on excavating new materials, discovering new problems, putting forward new views, constructing new theories, and strengthening the systematic summary of teaching practical experience. From the perspective of the new liberal arts, the teaching work should be carried out around the urgent needs of China's economic and social development in the new era, and the dynamic standardization of teaching resources, teaching materials and teaching design of experimental courses should be accelerated, and representative, comprehensive and socially influential Chinese cases and Chinese solutions should be integrated into the daily experimental teaching and practical training tasks. Attention should be paid to improving students' ability to observe China's economic development phenomena, discover and understand China's economic problems, and solve practical problems with solid professional knowledge, excellent practical skills and broad academic vision. In terms of the innovation of the teaching process, we should create a quality culture, adhere to the student-centered, output-oriented, and continuous improvement, and build a quality culture with experimental course teaching characteristics. The construction of the new liberal arts requires that the teaching of experimental courses of economic analysis methods and means should keep up with the direction of international development, conform to the development trend of practice and compounding of higher education, pay attention to student training as the center, continue to improve the implementation level of experimental teaching, continuously accumulate and innovate excellent teaching achievements, and actively create a characteristic quality culture of experimental teaching with "excellent teachers, strong technology, practical results, and down-to- earthness" of higher education is the task of "strategic weapon" for rejuvenating and strengthening the country. The applicability of teaching achievements should reflect diversified characteristics, and insist on focusing on cultivating liberal arts talents in the new era who will take on the great task of national rejuvenation. From the perspective of the new liberal arts, the teaching reform of experimental courses of economic analysis methods and means should attach great importance to the incubation and implementation of teaching achievements, and continuously expand the field and depth of the promotion and application of teaching achievements. In the field of education and teaching, we should pay attention to improving the level of experimental teaching and enhancing students' interest in learning and learning effect. In the field of innovation and entrepreneurship, we will continue to promote the transformation and application of scientific research achievements, and promote entrepreneurship, employment and practical innovation; In the field of service construction, we will continue to improve students' collaboration, communication and research capabilities, enrich students' employment skills, and better meet the urgent needs of applied talents for regional economic construction and social development. 3. Practice and Dilemma of Teaching Reform in the Experimental Course of Economic Analysis Methods which from the Perspective of New Liberal Arts 3.1. Practice of teaching reform in the experimental course of economic analysis methods and means from the perspective of new liberal arts Since the implementation of the "new liberal arts" construction strategy, Anhui University of Finance and Economics has carried out fruitful reform and practice in the teaching of experimental courses, including economic analysis methods and means. For example, efforts should be made to integrate curriculum ideology and politics with experimental teaching, and constantly promote the connotative development of experimental teaching objectives. Actively promote the optimization of experimental operation processes and teaching assessments, including the use of the more commonly used Stata software to replace SPSS software for experimental teaching, and the adoption of the "experimental project point system". "Methods to carry out assessment work, etc. In addition, in order to standardize the teaching process of experimental operation, we continue to optimize the experimental teaching standards by carrying out collective lesson preparation, mutual listening and evaluation, course group discussions, etc., and promote the experimental teaching standard manual of "Methods and Means of Economic Analysis" to be more in line with students' learning conditions, more operable, and higher quality standards. Among them, the reform of the assessment method of the "experimental project point system" is particularly effective. 259 It adopts the mode of "attendance accounting for 10% + 20% virtual simulation experiment of high-quality development evaluation and investment decision-making in the Huaihe River Ecological Economic Belt + 70% of the comprehensive training at the end of the semester", and carries out "usual + simulation experiment +" for students comprehensive training". Of course, it is more important to pay attention to the assessment of students' daily operation exercises, operation experiments and the summary and application of experimental results, and strive to assess students' experimental practice ability from a multi-dimensional perspective, and improve students' experimental operation and practical application skills in many ways. Through the teaching reform practice of the experimental course of economic analysis methods and means, students' learning interest and empirical analysis ability have been improved to a certain extent, and progress has been made to a certain extent in various competitions at all levels and project hosting and application, but at the same time, there are also problems such as the relatively low level of achievement transformation and the lack of high attention of students. Of course, it is a long and arduous task to conform to the development of the times and continuously promote the teaching reform of experimental courses, which not only requires the teachers of the course group to devote themselves to studying new teaching concepts, constantly practicing new teaching plans, and innovating the course content in combination with the latest current affairs, but also requires students to give timely feedback on curriculum problems, build a virtuous curriculum feedback loop, and jointly promote reform and development from the two levels of "teaching and learning". 3.2. The dilemma of experimental course teaching reform of economic analysis methods and means from the perspective of new liberal arts In the face of the demands of the times for the implementation of the new liberal arts construction strategy, the reform of experimental course teaching with economic analysis methods and means still faces many problems that need to be solved urgently, such as "the in-depth construction of curriculum ideological and political integration, the low level of development and utilization of curriculum resource platform, the lack of distinctive curriculum teaching characteristics, and the low level of transformation of experimental training results". First of all, the integration of ideology and politics in the curriculum is not deep enough. The construction of ideological and political integration in the experimental course has always been difficult, and the experimental course of economic analysis methods and means is usually only used by the built-in database of Stata software or some simple economic data for drill analysis, the teaching process often focuses more on software operation drills, and ignores the preaching of China's latest theoretical research results, which is difficult to fully show the distinctive characteristics of the times and China's strong institutional advantages, resulting in the transformation and integration of the latest achievements such as Marxist Sinicization ideology and theory, the "four histories" education in colleges and universities, and the excellent traditional Chinese culture, and it is often difficult to achieve the effect of "moisturizing things silently". How to deal with the relationship between curriculum ideology and politics and experimental teaching, and enhance the era, scientificity, academicity and pertinence of experimental teaching are still important directions and key issues that need to be solved in curriculum teaching reform. Secondly, the level of development and utilization of curriculum resource platforms is not high. In the daily teaching process, only using SuperStarLearn as a course exchange platform is a bit simple, and the course materials are also uploaded by the instructors separately, resulting in certain differences in teaching resources and teaching content between classes. In particular, the lack of high-quality self- made teaching videos often makes it difficult for students to carry out efficient preview before class and effective expansion after class, which limits the effect of experimental teaching and the level of informatization, and makes it difficult to make up for the lack of more multidisciplinary application knowledge that cannot be imparted to students in the limited classroom time [6]. On the other hand, it is difficult to successfully build a multi-functional cross- integrated application-oriented experimental course resource platform. In addition, the quality of case materials and course teaching videos varies among different universities, resulting in a relative lack of other available high-quality resource platforms, resulting in certain challenges in the development, utilization, innovation and development of course resource platforms. Thirdly, the teaching characteristics of the course are not distinctive enough. "Adhere to the principle of student- centered, output-oriented, and continuous improvement". The teaching of experimental courses on methods and means of economic analysis should have distinctive characteristics. For example, the teaching cases fully demonstrate China's achievements and theories, the teaching content is heavily integrated into the new achievements, new explorations and new problems of China's economic construction, the teaching methods and processes make full use of modern information technology, and the teaching results are highly aligned with the requirements of China's high-quality economic development strategy. Therefore, there are still some problems in the experimental teaching of this course, such as the lag in the update of experimental training cases, the relatively single data of experimental training cases, the relatively backward teaching methods of experimental training, and the insufficient reflection of the latest achievements of China's new round of reform and opening up. Finally, the transformation level of experimental training results is low. The timely and high-quality transformation of the comprehensive training results of the course is the best way to test the teaching effect. In the Experimental Course on Methods and Methods of Economic Analysis, students are required to submit experimental reports in the form of teams, which must focus on China's economic problems and use empirical analysis methods and the Stata analysis software conducts in-depth discussions, and actively uses the results of the report to participate in various competitions or publish them. On the one hand, students do not pay enough attention to the docking and transformation of results, resulting in the quality of team experiment reports is still generally low. On the other hand, students still do not have high requirements for the level of transformation of report results, few achievements have won the provincial second prize and above project awards, and the publication of papers is mainly in ordinary journals, and there are few papers in the third category and above, which has lowered the overall effect of 260 course teaching to a certain extent. 4. Suggestions for the Teaching Reform of Experimental Courses on Economic Analysis Methods and Means from the Perspective of New Liberal Arts From the perspective of the new liberal arts, the countermeasures and suggestions for accelerating the teaching reform of the experimental course of economic analysis methods and means are as follows: 4.1. Improve the construction of mechanisms, and coordinate the in-depth integration of curriculum ideology and politics and teaching reform The construction of new liberal arts urgently requires the cultivation of innovative talents in the "new liberal arts", and it is necessary to give full play to the value and practical role of liberal arts education while consolidating the theoretical foundation of the discipline, improving the ability of practical innovation, strengthening the ability of knowledge application and improving the comprehensive quality of the profession [7], and strive to explore the connotative construction of liberal arts experimental courses. Taking the experimental course of economic analysis methods and means as an example, it is necessary to improve the construction of the integration mechanism of curriculum ideology and politics, and strive to promote the coordinated development of curriculum ideological and political construction and curriculum teaching reform. Figure 1 illustrates the idea. Figure 1 shows that on the basis of scientifically formulating the goal of coordinated promotion of curriculum ideology and politics and teaching reform, the whole teaching process is divided into three parts: pre-class preparation, in- class implementation and after-class application, and make every effort to create a four-in-one compound applied talent training model that combines online classroom, ideological and political education, classroom training and achievement transformation. Among them, before class, we pay attention to collecting and sorting out Chinese cases, establishing corresponding databases, condensing and proposing the problems to be studied and designing reasonable research methods, publishing case task documents, courseware and videos on the resource sharing platform, and urging students to preview before class online, so as to cultivate students' ability to observe and discover China's economic phenomena and problems. Through classroom teaching and experimental training, combined with group discussions, teacher-student interaction and in-class tests, etc., the story of China's economic and social development will be told, and the empirical analysis and operation drills will be done, and countermeasures and suggestions will be put forward, so as to cultivate students' ability to analyze and solve problems. Expand the application after class, supervise and encourage the student team to independently explore the research topics related to China's economic development, independently collect and sort out empirical data, cooperate in empirical and normative analysis, write and submit training reports, and expand and improve the copywriting of training results on the basis of peer evaluation and teacher evaluation, actively participate in various competitions, and strive to complete the publication of papers, so as to better improve the ability and practical level of applied knowledge. Integrate teaching resources, build a unified and mature clustered resource sharing platform Make full use of and integrate the high-quality resources of Anhui University of Finance and Economics, comprehensively refine the excellent cases, excellent teaching plans, excellent methods and excellent achievements of economic experimental analysis, and give full play to the active role of the excellent teaching team, and actively combine the existing experimental training platform resources such as economics and management, financial investment, financial and taxation management, big data analysis, artificial intelligence, and electronic information engineering, so as to build a diversified, multi-level, and multidisciplinary clustered experimental teaching platform. Therefore, on the one hand, it can make up for the shortage of resources of a single platform, give full play to the advantages of centralized allocation of teaching resources in the school, and improve the quality and level of resource platform construction. On the other hand, it will help promote the effectiveness of online course construction, improve students' enthusiasm for online preview learning, and help expand students' professional knowledge and excellent learning ability. At the same time, it is also necessary to actively strengthen exchanges and cooperation with sister universities, improve the openness and sharing of the platform, and consolidate the teaching resources and teaching foundation of the experimental course of economic analysis methods and means. 4.3. Innovate the teaching mode and build a high-level quality culture with curriculum teaching characteristics Deeply practice the construction strategy of "new liberal arts" and "new economics and management", consider the characteristics of economic analysis methods and means of experimental course training and teaching, and actively adopt problem-oriented, task-driven, cooperative competition, situational experience, classroom transformation and research-learning teaching modes, so as to continuously improve the quality culture of course teaching. At the same time, on the basis of the traditional classroom-style experimental teaching mode, we actively explore new models such as online discussion classes and after-class extension classes, fully explore the supporting role of the curriculum resource platform, actively guide the docking of student scientific research clubs in the school, and encourage the use of QQ, WeChat, Xuetong, DingTalk and other software to carry out teacher-student discussion and exchange activities, so as to improve the flexibility, initiative and value level of course teaching. 4.4. Optimize the assessment process and establish a dynamic supervision mechanism for the transformation of post- feedback course results Adhere to the educational policy of "student-centered, problem-solving, strengthening application, and achievement transformation", pay attention to the phased learning effectiveness and learning attitude, combine the goal of cultivating students' comprehensive quality and innovation ability with the evaluation system of teaching quality, strengthen process evaluation, optimize and improve the diversified assessment mechanism, promote the establishment of a dynamic supervision system for the transformation of post-feedback course results, and continuously improve the objectivity, scientificity and fairness of the evaluation process. For example, in the course, combined with students' winter and summer vacation social practice, Daiso project declaration, market research competition, "Internet +" competition and other practice and competition opportunities, students are guided to write and complete experimental training copywriting in a targeted manner, and strive to improve the feasibility, effectiveness and initiative of students' experimental training results. After the end of the course, establish an achievement incubation information group, pay attention to the progress of the transformation of students' classroom achievements, regularly carry out achievement exchange meetings, carry out effective supervision and communication, give students help and suggestions in a timely manner, and effectively improve the success rate and level of transformation of achievements. In short, by means of economic analysis methods and means, the scientific system of Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, China's excellent traditional culture, revolutionary thought, innovative spirit and other ideological and political education contents of college students in the new era are integrated into the daily teaching work, and efforts are made to promote the reform and development of experimental course teaching, better practice the construction of new liberal arts, and better support and promote the construction of a strong country in higher education.
