Tall buildings are rising in these cities and are gradually refreshing the astronomical numbers, one by one refreshing the "skyline" of the city. More and more people are also flocking to the city. One rural area after another has become a "town". Many people are flooding into the city, which also causes many problems for the development of the city. The growth of too many urban populations and the development of industry and commerce also put great pressure on the "carbon emission" of cities. More and more land and rivers are polluted. Too much "original ecology" has become a thing of the past, and our living environment is gradually deteriorating. With the growth of the world population, our quality livable environment is gradually decreasing. In this regard, the United Nations has put forward many environmental protection initiatives, and implemented many feasible measures to this end, and made unremitting efforts to it. China has also made outstanding contributions to it, from "clear water and green mountains are gold and silver mountains" to "sustainable development Concept". A beautiful "low-carbon China" is unfolding in front of you and me. Text The development of today's world is speeding up gradually, science and technology progress, productivity level is constantly improving, the development of these factors also promote the development of urbanization, a city rises, such as we know the international metropolis: Shang Hai, Hong kong, New York, London and so on. Since the founding of New China in the last century, due to the extreme demand for "productivity level", many factories and machines have been put into production. However, due to its relatively low industrial capacity, many industrial productions have discharged many toxic gases, which contain many toxic substances, causing certain damage to the ecological environment. Including many felling and resource grab and utilization, these have caused great damage to the environment, some even irreversible, but at that time for the development of the country, these were gradually ignored, and even lasted for a long time, the country's comprehensive strength and productivity level is also growing. At the sametime, these factories also need a lot of workers, a lot of rural people for the country, in response to the call of national policies, from the countryside into the city, the area of the city is gradually increasing, the population is rising year by year, the house is also higher, with the increase of people's income, the material level is also gradually improving, from bicycles to motorcycles to cars, People's Daily necessities are getting better and better. With the increase in the number of these supplies, the "carbon emissions" of the city have gradually risen, and the urban pollution has gradually intensified, but these have also been ignored by people. Until one day, when a large area of "haze weather" appears, when people's health is threatened, people finally realize the importance of low- carbon life, so, some measures are gradually introduced: close polluting factories, some high-energy factories to upgrade, etc., this serious environmental problem finally triggered people's thinking. Of course, China's problems and countermeasures have also aroused the continued attention of the international community. In fact, the developed countries in the world had already faced such environmental problems as early as the second Industrial Revolution, such as the "haze death" incident that often occurred in London, the United Kingdom, and the "deterioration of river drinking water" problem in New York, the United States. However, with the introduction of colonial plunder and expansionary policies by some capitalist countries, most of the industries of the "developed countries" were transferred to the "developing countries" and "backward countries", they left the pollution and high energy consumption to these backward countries, and profiteering from them, this process lasted for a long time, and even today there is such a phenomenon. But this practice is also facing a lot of questions and condemnation from the 74 international and backward countries, it is generally believed that this practice is a serious violation of the "humanitarian" principle, these countries have also introduced some boycott measures, for this reason, the United Nations has made some provisions, including: Carbon emissions and some suggestions and measures to reduce carbon emissions, this provision to a certain extent to alleviate the global environment and carbon emissions, but some countries are not actively involved, and China as a responsible country, is actively involved and make unremitting efforts for it. This practice has also won the attention, appreciation, support and learning from the world. From the G20 Summit in Hangzhou, it is not difficult to see that China's "low-carbon action", the beautiful West Lake in Hangzhou, a series of recyclable lamps show the time- honored and profound Chinese culture to the global audience. Since then, the land of Zhejiang has also explored and practiced the theory of "clear water and green mountains are gold and silver mountains", and this experience has been gradually promoted. It not only promoted and stimulated the economic development of Zhejiang, but also provided a development model for the rural development of the whole country and even the whole world, which is "Chinese wisdom". After that, some big cities have implemented their own unique ideas and measures, such as Shanghai's garbage classification, the recyclable resources to make the best use of, which can not only reduce energy consumption, but also reduce carbon emissions, while the utilization of resources to the best degree, but also promote the development of Shanghai. The "sustainable development" in another way to show. Beijing has also put forward the "sharing economy", which is to gather some essential and common items in daily life and put them on the streets and alleyways for people to recycle when needed. For example, we are familiar with the "shared bike". When you want to ride a bike, you can scan it with your phone and then pay for it according to the mileage of your ride. This intelligent and feasible method will greatly reduce the circulation of idle goods and the waste of resources, and at the sametime can meet People's Daily needs, but also to a certain extent save resources, reduce "carbon emissions", reflect the "sustainable development", but also can increase income; Chengdu focuses on People's Daily life and integrates the "sustainable concept" into people's living environment. Since the approval of "Tianfu New District" and "High-tech Zone", Chengdu has taken "Park City" as its overall goal and is committed to building a livable leisure park city, integrating parks into people's residential buildings, and green trees and lakes around the business and residential areas. The "sustainable development" concept is really put into practice, so that people really feel that going out is a park, but also to a certain extent to alleviate the "carbon emissions", can be said to be "killing two birds with one stone", this practice has also been more and more cities earn and use for reference. At the same time, some large factories and enterprises also consider economic and social benefits, rectification of some substandard behaviors, upgrading of some backward machines, while constantly improving production technology, dependence on energy and resources and consumption are gradually reducing, and gradually cultivating a group of excellent low-energy consumption, high-output environmentally friendly high-tech industries. To a certain extent, the core competitiveness of its enterprises has been improved, and the productivity and production level of the whole society have been gradually improved. The state has gradually improved the protection measures for some ecological forests and wild animals and plants, and the intensity has gradually increased. If you stand in the air, it is not difficult to find that the land of China is full of vitality, the biodiversity of animals and plants is increasing day by day, more and more protected areas are established, more and more forest areas are protected, more and more saplings are thriving. This is such a beautiful landscape, this is "beautiful China", with the outbreak of the novel coronavirus epidemic, the national wildlife protection efforts are greater, and the relevant policies are more systematic and stricter, all of which have promoted the "sustainable development" to a certain extent, and really put the concept into practice. The rapid development of science and technology has also injected inexhaustible impetus into "beautiful China" and "sustainable development". Whether it is environmental protection, or the formulation and implementation of measures, real-time control and flexible adjustment can be carried out through big data and the Internet, which makes our measures "visual" and "intelligent". It will also provide certain technical and data guarantees for the formulation and implementation of other measures, and promote the construction of "low carbon China" and "Beautiful China". China has made great and outstanding contributions to "carbon neutrality" and "human ecological environment optimization". Adhering to the concept of "sustainable development" and combining the model of "sharing economy" and "park city", China has promoted the goal of "carbon neutrality" and gradually transformed into a "beautiful China". The people's happiness of life has steadily improved, and the country's socialist construction in the new era has also steadily advanced. In this process, China not only pays attention to economic development, but also emphasizes environmental protection and ecological balance, and strives to achieve a harmonious coexistence of the two. Through a series of measures such as promoting green energy, optimizing industrial structure and strengthening environmental governance, China is gradually building a low-carbon, environmentally friendly and sustainable development model. At the same time, China has taken an active part in global environmental governance and worked with other countries to address global challenges such as climate change, demonstrating its responsibility as a major responsible country. In order to further deepen this development model, China continues to strengthen scientific and technological innovation, promote the research and development and application of clean energy technologies, such as wind, solar and other renewable energy, and effectively reduce the dependence on fossil fuels. In addition, China is also committed to promoting green buildings and intelligent transportation systems to reduce energy consumption and environmental pollution. While promoting its own development, China also actively shares its successful experience, provides technical support and cooperation opportunities for other developing countries, and jointly promotes the improvement of the global ecological environment. China understands scientific and technological innovation is a key driver of green development. Therefore, the state continues to increase investment in clean energy technology research and development, encourage enterprises and scientific research institutions to carry out cutting-edge technology research, in order to improve energy efficiency 75 and reduce carbon emissions. The wide application of renewable energy such as wind energy and solar energy has not only reduced the dependence on traditional fossil fuels, but also effectively alleviated the problem of energy shortage and injected new vitality into the sustainable development of the economy. China has also achieved remarkable results in promoting green buildings. Using advanced energy-saving materials and design concepts, green buildings show great advantages in reducing energy consumption and improving indoor environmental quality. At the same time, the construction of intelligent transportation systems has also effectively alleviated urban traffic congestion, reduced vehicle exhaust emissions, and made positive contributions to improving urban air quality. China always adheres to an open and cooperative attitude and is willing to share its successful experience in environmental protection and green development with other countries. By providing technical support and cooperation opportunities, China is committed to working with global partners to address climate change and other global challenges and promote the continuous improvement of the global ecological environment. In addition, China is actively promoting the development of the electric vehicle industry to replace traditional fuel vehicles and further reduce carbon emissions in the transportation sector. The government has introduced a series of encouraging policies, including subsidies for car purchases and the construction of charging infrastructure, which have created favorable conditions for the popularity of electric vehicles. This not only promotes the rapid growth of the new energy vehicle industry, but also provides valuable experience for the green transformation of the global automotive industry. 2. Summary China has made significant contributions to achieving "carbon neutrality" and optimizing the ecological environment, promoting sustainable development and a sharing economy model. By promoting green energy, optimizing industrial structure and strengthening environmental governance, China has built a low-carbon and environmentally friendly development model and actively participated in global environmental governance. China will strengthen scientific and technological innovation, promote the application of clean energy technologies such as wind and solar energy, reduce dependence on fossil fuels, and improve energy efficiency.
