It is a network infrastructure to realize the interconnection between man-machine and things. For people with disabilities, it is very difficult for them to operate smart phones, and they cannot enjoy the fast and convenient life brought by 5G network to normal people. Therefore, this project wants to study the market demand analysis of the products of 5G technology in front of the disabled, such as "creating" the eyes, ears and other senses of the disabled, and bring them new life experiences. The application of 5G technology in China to people with disabilities should take personal health as the value, and always adhere to the main line of orderly market competition and the development of people with disabilities. Introduction With the development of economy and scientific and technological progress, the living standard of people with disabilities is getting higher and higher, and the demand for and expectations of medical and health care are also growing simultaneously. The rapid development of 5G technology has provided strong support for the materialization of medical treatment for the disabled. On this basis, domestic 5G terminal products are also constantly upgrading and iterating. Many disabled people are using them, and foreign countries are still following our footsteps, so domestic products will enter the international market smoothly. Second, 5G products can meet the needs of people with disabilities for a better life. With the help of 5G technology, more and more people with disabilities have started a new step in life and achieved a better quality of life. At the same time, people with disabilities can also take good care of themselves independently, and their families can go to and from work normally, liberating the labor force for the society. Some people feel that they are normal, have a certain line from disabled people. But the World Health Organization believes that almost everyone has to face temporary or permanent impairment at some stage of their life. So focus on how technology helps and improve body function, is closely related to everyone. 2. Development Status of 5G Technology and Terminal Products 2.1. Domestic According to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, China will continue to deepen the construction of 5G network this year, further promote joint construction and sharing, and build more than 600,0005G base stations throughout the year. By the end of this year, China's 5G base stations are expected to reach at least 1.318 million. Today, China's 5G is still developing continuously, and the construction of base stations is also following the pace. However, the application of 5G technology in people with disabilities has gradually been further explored, and the research direction has also been expanded in many aspects to better benefit their lives. 2.2. Foreign countries Based on the outlook of 5G technology initiated by the communication industry, major countries have launched 5G research and development programs. Foreign 5G technology is not perfect enough, and some of the construction of base stations depends on the help of Chinese workers. In addition, the exploration of 5G in people with disabilities is still in the initial state, and the research direction is relatively simple, mainly in medical aspects. 3. Analysis of the Sluggish Market Situation of 5G Technology in People with Disabilities 3.1. The government is not dominant in the market The problem of "difficult and expensive treatment" has been troubled by disabled people, and the insufficient supply of auxiliary device resources and the structural imbalance in the allocation of auxiliary devices are the important fundamental. In reality, the contradiction between the supply of device resources and the treatment demand of disabled people has always existed. As the main body of resource allocation, the government and the market realize fair and effective distribution in different regions, classes and groups, so as to eliminate the contradiction between supply and demand of equipment resources is the first problem to be solved. In the Notice of The State Council on the Issuance of the 74 Fourteenth Five-Year Protection and Development Plan for Persons with Disabilities published in 2021, it is proposed to " adhere to overall planning and coordination and form synergy. We should give full play to the leading role of the government and the synergistic role of social forces and market entities, give full play to local advantages and grassroots initiative, integrate policies, integrate resources, and optimize services, promote the coordinated development of programs for persons with disabilities and the economy and society, and promote the balanced development of programs for the disabled in both urban and rural areas and in different regions."Highlighting the government's dominant position in the allocation of market resources."Difficult and expensive treatment" is more attributed to the unfair and inefficiency of resource allocation. Due to the basic established in the market economic system, the basic resources is "price, competition, supply and demand" oriented marketization, market profit- driven resources flow and concentrated in high consumption level of big cities, lead to high quality medical resources in the differences between urban and rural and regional expanding, remote areas and rural residents can only enjoy the low level of medical resources, social equity is poor. It can be seen that the market application of 5G technology to people with disabilities has been in chaos, and there are obvious differences in the service utilization rate and treatment recovery for people with disabilities between urban and rural areas and regions. Before, the country did not realize the importance of government-led application of 5G technology in the development and intervention of people with disabilities and intervention in the market, let alone some policies and systems to solve the market chaos and help people with disabilities to obtain the fairest service. 3.2. Lack of market rules for fair competition For the application of 5G technology in the market of people with disabilities, this is a new market. First of all, it should be admitted that all players in the market take their own interests, which leads to vicious competition among all players. Therefore, there is a lack of some regulations to restrain them. A market without rules cannot continue to promote, that is to say, without constraints, there will be no future development and progress. Of course, this is a stage that all markets will go through, so now is a great test. In addition, many people have already targeted the "big cake" of 5G technology and want to share it. Therefore, it is a big challenge for the application of 5G technology in the market of people with disabilities. The market of 5G technology for people with disabilities is different from the general medical market, and its profit- driven nature has certain restrictions, but it cannot be ruled out without impact. Therefore, the market subjects do not follow the fairness of the market when selling products and providing services. In addition, the problem of information asymmetry in the medical field often causes the disabled to enjoy the equal treatment and medical equipment, which requires the government to actively play its regulatory function and make it possible to provide market regulation based on the protection of public health and providing a fair system. The value of market rules lies in the suppression of improper profit-seeking behavior to avoid "market chaos". Although the market rules and the profit-driven nature of enterprises will make the allocation of medical resources in the controllable accumulation effect of resource allocation, it will still lead to a serious gap between the rich and the poor. With the gradual transformation of China's medical economy, some medical enterprises have become market entities that can realize self-management to a certain extent. However, in the absence of a sound market rule system, the non-legitimate profit-making behavior of 5G technology in the market of disabled people will leave a great crisis. 4. The Application of 5G Technology Has Had A Positive Impact on The Lives of People with Disabilities Since ancient times to the present, it is a glorious thing for us as a citizen of the society to serve the disabled, and the government has an unshirkable responsibility. Therefore, we continue to take the initiative to respect and support the disabled through various measures, and publicize and carry forward this quality of kindness. First of all, the application of 5G technology can help disabled people with disabilities take good care of themselves like normal people and complete the trivial matters of life. For example, intraocular biochips can help disabled people to see the big world clearly. More importantly, 5G technology can also provide some "super powers" that normal people cannot achieve. For example, 5G network leads the "extreme speed blind skating", so that disabled people can avoid obstacles. Therefore, the application of 5G technology is of great help to the life of the disabled, and also makes some disabled people with low self-esteem become confident, and they can walk like normal people on the road when they meet acquaintances. It not only guarantees the most basic ability to take care of themselves, but also completes the life wishes of many disabled people. In recent years, the government in order to help the disabled entrepreneurship employment work for a series of subsidy policy, released in 2022 The General Office of the State Council issued about action to promote the employment for the disabled three years (2022-2024) notice introduced the " with employment demand and employment conditions of urban and rural unemployed disabled as the main object, better play to the role of the government to promote employment, further implement the disabled employment entrepreneurship support policy, intensify vocational skills training for the disabled, improve disabled employment service quality and efficiency, stable and expand jobs for the disabled."The government is required to actively provide jobs for the disabled, including 5G technology products that can provide them with some care and care, and even the disabled people who can complete some of their work remotely at home, and finally let them do their best to make a positive contribution to the society. 5. Countermeasures and Suggestions 5.1. Government plays a leading role in the market First of all, the government needs to play a proper regulatory function, so as to protect the interests of the disabled, so that the market rules of fair supply can be realized. The government should also curb improper profit-seeking behaviors in the market and investigate and handle some "sky-high" products and services. Secondly, the government also needs to play a leading role in helping the market to quickly establish a standardized and orderly modern market and build a new market situation of free and fair trading. In 75 5G technology applied to disabilities in the process of market transformation, need the government to explore a government administrative intervention and market fair competition mechanism to combine to adapt to the new market environment, guarantee under the government regulation and leading role, gradually to the government grasp the general direction of the market fair competition between the main body, the fundamental purpose is to ensure that people with disabilities can enjoy fair quality and efficient 5G technology application products and services. The efficient allocation of market resources is an effective solution to maintain the market order. To be sure, to promote market development, we first need to improve the allocation of resources, in order to achieve basically flat supply and demand, and then to achieve full market coverage. Although the market rules and the profit-driven market players will make the allocation of 5G technology resources in the market under control, the serious gap between the rich and the poor still exists. In short, the market to rationalize the allocation of resources will reasonably clarify the profit-driven market subjects, but under the guarantee that market subjects should follow the principle of fair competition, there will also be excessive government intervention to break this principle. Therefore, while defining the boundary between the government and the market, we must explore the advantages and disadvantages of the two, and delimit the boundary, so as to maintain the stable and sustainable development of the market. 5.2. Establish market rules for fair competition This is a whole new market for 5G technology applications for people with disabilities, so the market rules of the system have not been established yet. Therefore, it is necessary to give play to the decisive role of the government and the market in resource allocation, promote the competition and cooperation among various market entities, so as to solve the profit-driven problem of market entities. Therefore, the market needs to establish a set of fair competition market rules. Fair competition is the basic principle for maintaining the stable development of the market economy and an important guarantee for the market to maximize its interests. In this respect, the government must do a good job in the supervision function, criticize and warn the improper behavior in the market, and publicize it, reminding all market entities to do a good job in self- supervision. At the same time, the government should also encourage and support enterprises to play an positive role in enhancing their innovation capacity and promoting scientific and technological progress. We will accelerate efforts to improve various market systems, establish and improve market rules for fair competition, and prevent signs of "market chaos". 5.3. We will improve the quality of services for persons with disabilities First, to improve the quality of medical products for applying 5G technology to people with disabilities. In combination with the rapid development of 5G technology, the government should encourage enterprises to play an active role in strengthening their innovation capacity, increase more and more new products, and expand the entire market resources. The government needs to play a leading role in it and try its best to solve all kinds of problems encountered by enterprises on the road of exploration and innovation. The original 5G products should be upgraded and iterated, both in software and hardware, so as to serve the disabled more appropriately, and try to perfectly solve the problems encountered in life to give them a happy and high-quality life. In order to provide people with better services, we should actively develop 5G technology service products, promote a series of public welfare activities, and release some publicity content to let more people with disabilities know about 5G technology and improve their quality of life. Second, to promote the employment of the disabled through 5G technology. While encouraging administrative institutions and enterprises to find jobs for the disabled, various 5G technologies have been adopted to help the disabled start their own businesses, so that the disabled people can find jobs suitable for them. At the same time, we need to train the disabled people who are about to enter the workplace and exercise the operation of 5G technology products, so that the disabled people who need employment can generally receive vocational skills and practical technical training, and make better contributions to the society. The most important thing is to improve the employment protection measures for the disabled. Once the problems are found, they need to be solved immediately, so as not to cause trouble to the disabled, so as to realize the stable employment of the disabled. 6. Conclusion The application of 5G technology in the market of people with disabilities has gradually developed in recent years with the maturity of 5G technology. Now, there is also a new phenomenon in the 5G market. Only the lack of perfect and unified rules in the whole market has led to vicious competition among some market players and unfair profit- seeking behaviors. The phenomenon of uneven distribution of resources in the market also occurs from time to time. Of course, this has an unavoidable relationship with the lack of capacity in the market, but it mainly has a great relationship with the mismatch between supply and demand in the lack of resources. Secondly, there are many high-priced devices and services in the market, that is, the market players do not follow the fairness of the market when selling products and providing services, so the market lacks a market rule for fair competition. In this stage, not only do the government and the market need to perform their own duties, but also define the boundary between the government and the market while combining the advantages of the two to jointly maintain the stable and sustainable development of the market. In the past, people with disabilities needed their families to take care of their basic life, and they could not go to work independently. At present, the application of 5G technology is of great help to the life of people with disabilities. It not only guarantees the most basic self-care ability, but also completes the wish of many disabled people to enter the workplace. Therefore, to improve the living standard of people with disabilities, we need not only to improve the quality of medical products applied by 5G technology to people with disabilities, but also to promote the employment of the disabled through 5G technology, so that they can live a happy life.
