The new world requires us to open wider to the outside world and strengthen cooperation and exchanges. Reform and innovation in the field of humanities and social sciences and training high-quality talents in the new era are conducive to taking a new path of international development, carrying forward Chinese culture, enhancing the international influence of China's humanities and social sciences, and passing on the theoretical thoughts of China's humanities and social sciences. By reviewing the development history of Chinese humanities and social sciences, this paper discusses the path for the future development of Chinese humanities and social sciences and the promotion of international discourse power. Introduction The humanities and social sciences include the social sciences and humanities, among which the social sciences are the sciences whose research objects are social phenomena. The humanities and social sciences study the belief, emotion, morality and aesthetic feeling of human beings. The humanities and social sciences started from the time of "a hundred schools of thought contending and a hundred flowers blooming" in China, when thinkers such as Laozi, Zhuangzi, Confucius and Xunzi lived. China's advanced educators and thinkers have been constantly exploring. From a micro individual perspective, the humanities and social sciences play a role in shaping a sound personality and caring for life, nourishing the soul, enlightening the mind, elevating the spiritual realm and liberating the mind.[1] With the rapid development of our economy, people have higher spiritual pursuit, which urges the humanities and social sciences in our country to constantly reform and innovate, and to face new challenges, attaching importance to the development of our humanities and social sciences. 2. The Development Trend of Contemporary Humanities and Social Sciences Since the reform and opening up, the journals published in the field ofhumanities and social sciences have enriched the academic theory system of humanities and social sciences, which not only reflects the maintenance and expansion of its own discipline system, but also strengthens the leading position and advanced role of Marxism in ideology, boosts China's economic and social development, and provides a lot of research results and wisdom for the academic community. However, in the process of quality inspection of 100 kinds of academic journals by professional institutions, there are also some problems that need to be noted in the development of academic journals of humanities and social sciences. Under the condition that the academic quality is generally good, some contents of academic journals of humanities and social sciences still need to be improved. For example, the use of some professional words is not standard, there are problems in citation, the lack of theoretical support for the relevant discussion. Generally speaking, the content quality of academic journals of humanities and social sciences still needs to be checked, and the format of journals also needs to be further standardized. Since 2019, a series of opinions, policies and measures have been issued, which can be seen how much China attaches importance to academic research. It is based on the current status of scientific research in China, conforms to the trend of The Times, and encourages the academic community to understand the development of China's economy and society and the changes in the international situation. To realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, we must unswervingly follow the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics, adhere to the "five-in-one", cultural education as an important part of which, the reform of humanities and social science education and teaching is imperative. It is necessary to establish a scientific academic evaluation system in light of the practical significance. The reform and development of education should certainly meet the requirements of reform and development, so as to realize the great goal of strengthening education and science and technology. At present, the development of Chinese academic research is unbalanced. Strong disciplines such as science and technology and medicine are developing rapidly. Compared with the research field of social sciences, the "soft science" of humanities and social sciences is weaker. Since the 21st century, the era of knowledge economy needs the support of technology and knowledge, and a single subject knowledge cannot meet the needs of the new era. The education of humanities and social sciences is still in the relatively closed classroom teaching, students lack practice, more rely on the network information and books to learn related theories, and the understanding of some academic theories is not deep enough. Since the reform of the new liberal arts, it has begun to train talents in all aspects from the top down. It keeps up with the trend of The Times through the integration of disciplines, personnel training and international exchanges, and constantly improves the education system of humanities and social sciences, so as to better develop the academic field of humanities and social sciences. 241 3. We Will Promote the Integrated Development of Humanities and Social Sciences There are differences among disciplines, and their respective fields have their own division of labor. In fact, there is no clear boundary between disciplines. Many theoretical researches need to cross disciplines, so we should maintain exchanges and integration among disciplines. For example, in economics and management colleges, many researches do not have particularly strict boundaries. Students majoring in finance can make use of the integration of professional knowledge such as finance, economics and accounting to create high-quality academic results. Another example is the study of financial history. Through the study of financial policies in modern times and the use of its achievements or failure experience, it can draw feasible policy suggestions for today, and interpret the theoretical origin of financial policies in different periods and the wisdom of predecessors, which includes the application to history, politics, sociology and other aspects. Therefore, it is essential to promote the integration of disciplines in the new era. We should break the barriers of discipline understanding at the epistemological level, try to combine humanities and social sciences with science, medicine, agriculture and other disciplines, break the boundaries of research paradigm through cross-border communication and integration between disciplines, and realize the positive development of higher education and teaching under the background of the Internet era. It also plays a very important role in the professional construction of each discipline. One of the important goals of the construction of the first batch of philosophy and social science laboratories of the Ministry of Education promoted by the state is to promote the construction of massive data resources and related research and services in the field of liberal arts.[2] 4. To Cultivate Innovative Talents in Humanities and Social Sciences Academic journals of humanities and social sciences serve as a platform for academic exchanges of high-level academic talents. Colleges and universities pay attention to training outstanding young writers, which will help inject fresh blood into the academic field of humanities and social sciences. Outstanding young scholars join the academic research of humanities and social sciences, providing innovative thinking for the development of humanities and social sciences and insights from different perspectives for academic research. To improve the scientific research level and competitiveness of the existing talent team, it is necessary to support the professional development of young and middle-aged teachers and promote their rational planning. Efforts should be made to introduce scientific research teams with dynamic and innovative thinking, and improve the talent introduction mechanism. The traditional education of humanities and social sciences is limited in the field of its own discipline, and students have few opportunities to get in touch with other disciplines. Therefore, under the new reform path of humanities and social sciences, students should be encouraged to give play to their own advantages and hobbies, and combine this discipline with other disciplines they are interested in, which also reflects the student-centered development concept, helps students to study independently and actively explore, and stimulates their interests in academic research. We should establish a student-centered and result-oriented talent training concept, emphasizing both ability and quality.[3]By building an open talent training platform, it will help to improve the utilization rate of educational resources in various disciplines, cultivate all- round talents, improve the quality of talent training, promote the innovation of scientific research projects, and provide more opportunities for students to combine theory with practice. 5. We Will Promote International Development of Humanities and Social Sciences There are many high-level research achievements in the field of humanities and social sciences in China, which play a non-negligible role in spreading Chinese culture and telling Chinese stories. Academic journals of humanities and social sciences, as a platform for high-level academic exchanges, should promote Chinese academic journals of humanities and social sciences to be open to the world and improve the quality and content of their manuscripts. And do a series of preparatory work for the international exchange of academic achievements.In addition, it is also very important to lead Chinese humanities and social sciences talents to have the courage to display their academic achievements on academic research platforms and to conduct academic exchanges with foreign academic talents, so as to further enhance the academic discourse power of Chinese humanities and social sciences, enrich the theoretical system of humanities and social sciences, draw advanced foreign academic theories of humanities and social sciences, and realize the transition from localization to internationalization of humanities and social sciences research. On the basis of "going out", Chinese English humanities and social sciences periodicals should also think about how to "go further".[4]All in all, Chinese academic journals should be based on local conditions, forge ahead with determination, expand an international perspective, develop and strengthen the academic system of humanities and social sciences with an open and inclusive concept, improve the theoretical framework of humanities and social sciences, promote academic exchanges between China and foreign countries, and accelerate the construction of China's international communication capacity. Through international academic exchanges, we can realize the internationalization of authors and readers, support the establishment of professional and international English academic journals, train advanced talents in the editing field of international English academic journals, integrate editing work into the whole process of publication of academic journals, and build a first-class international academic exchange platform.
