It can not only improve the management level and quality of the university, but also promote better progress and development of the university. The realization of management informatization is based on computer technology and information technology. In the reform of university management, information technology and management must be combined together. The author mainly starts from the main factors affecting the construction of university management information, aiming at the existing problems, puts forward several strategies to solve the problems, hoping to promote the construction of university management information better. In the process of development, a multi-level education system was gradually formed. In order to make colleges and universities cultivate more high-quality, high ability talents, promote the reform of colleges and universities, increase the use efficiency of information technology, improve the teaching quality of colleges and universities, the construction of information technology is imperative. 2. The Importance of Informatization Of Education Management in The Construction of Colleges and Universities 2.1. Information-based education management is the requirement of higher education The development and prosperity of our country economy can't leave the appearance and development of network technology. In addition, the development process of information construction brings not only opportunities but also many challenges, which brings great impact to the development of the traditional education mode of colleges and universities. Network informationization provides colleges and universities with rich educational resources, expands students' learning scope, and effectively reduces the dependence on teachers. For teachers, individual knowledge level is limited, it is impossible to meet the needs of every student. Therefore, network informatization can satisfy students' thirst for knowledge, and students can browse a large amount of information through the network[1]. At present, most colleges and universities actively introduce information- based teaching research, which provides a healthy and sound development platform for the development of information- based teaching in colleges and universities. Among them, the application fields of information-based teaching in colleges and universities are educational administration management, online management, academic certification, examination registration, result inquiry, scientific research project application and so on. The construction of network information has effectively diluted the boundary between school and society. Students can study in any place where there is a network, and social personnel can use the network for distance education. Educational informatization promotes teaching and management and has a comprehensive and profound impact on higher education. 2.2. Information-based teaching management to improve teaching quality The development of teaching informatization in colleges and universities puts forward new requirements for teaching management in colleges and universities. In terms of traditional teaching management mode, limited by practical conditions, teaching management can not achieve the expected effect, and the level of education management directly affects the teaching quality of colleges and universities[2]. The application of information enables automatic processing of teaching data, and automatically generates tables after automatic processing, so as to realize the automation of teaching management. The implementation of teaching management informatization effectively standardizes teaching management to a certain extent, puts forward clear requirements for the data generated in the actual teaching process, and promotes the unification of data collection standards. Therefore, the informatization teaching achieves the purpose of standardized teaching management and avoids the uncertainty of traditional teaching management. 2.3. Information education improves the quality of management personnel Teaching informationization has changed the traditional teaching management method and effectively reformed the traditional teaching management. Therefore, administrators should abandon the traditional ideas of education management, improve the level of mastering network technology, and skillfully use the teaching management information system. In addition, teaching managers should be clear about modern educational thoughts and master management science and information science. 175 3. Present Situation of Educational Management Information Construction in Colleges and Universities 3.1. Insufficient investment in education informatization Huge investment is a prerequisite for the realization of informatization in college education management. According to the analysis of the completion of informatization construction in domestic colleges and universities, most colleges and universities are relatively short of funds in this respect. Although many colleges and universities in China have been continuously improving their investment in education informatization in recent years, the funds still cannot meet the demand for high coverage of informatization in colleges and universities. Due to the lack of capital investment, in the construction of educational informatization, domestic colleges and universities still lay emphasis on construction rather than application, hardware rather than software, resulting in the lack of funds in service funds, campus network software and educational informatization technical support, resulting in the lack of sufficient educational information resources, and a serious shortage of internal service personnel and professional technical personnel. 3.2. Low utilization efficiency of campus resources Among the many problems reflected in the construction of university education management information, the application problem is the most important problem. Many of the corresponding facilities of education information in colleges and universities must realize their own value through a wide range of applications. The utilization rate of college campus network is at a very low level, except for courses related to information technology. In addition to the use of multimedia technology, teachers of most other subjects basically do not use information technology. In view of the low utilization rate of educational information resources, the government and colleges and universities should take effective measures, so as to effectively improve the application rate of educational information resources in colleges and universities, so as to fully reflect the advantages of educational information resources in colleges and universities[3]. 3.3. Hidden dangers exist in campus network security management According to the relevant questionnaire survey, more than 90% of college students are interested in how to break through the computer firewall and crack others' passwords. They have a strong curiosity about spreading Internet viruses and deciphering others' passwords, and they are eager to obtain some information that cannot be easily obtained. This curiosity to develop errors and bugs outside or inside the Internet system leads some students to look around the Internet for systems or files they are not supposed to read. Hacker software destroys the campus network at will; Various network viruses spread freely; Campus network encryption, encryption and human invasion detection and other aspects of the technology is relatively lacking; The vulnerability of computer operating system, firewall and other software in colleges and universities has always been the security risk of college network. In some colleges and universities, teachers and students' safety awareness is very weak, the internal management system of colleges and universities is not perfect, the level of management staff is insufficient and other factors, leading to the university campus network can not be effectively used. And seriously affect the normal development of the university work. 4. Main Factors Influencing the Construction of University Management Informatization 4.1. Lack of lasting motivation For today's colleges and universities, it is very important to do a good job in information construction, and is also an important task of college management, and it takes a long time to do a good job in management information construction, and also needs enough support, which is also the basis for colleges and universities to do a good job in management information construction. However, as far as the current information construction in colleges and universities is concerned, it not only lacks power, but also shows that many colleges and universities do not even realize the importance of management information construction, which directly leads to the speed of information construction is relatively slow[4]. The reasons for this situation are as follows: First of all, some colleges and universities have not really realized the importance of information component construction and have not made clear the goal of information construction, which is also an important reason for the unsatisfactory effect of the current college management information construction. Finally, schools still have some concerns about the construction of management informatization. Colleges and Universities Do A Good Job of Management Information Construction Strategy Stick 5.1. Do a good job in personnel training, improve the comprehensive quality of information technology of all educational administration personnel In management informatization, people are the main body. No matter the promotion, implementation or practical application of management informatization in colleges and universities, they all need to be carried out by management personnel. Only when the relevant quality and ideological cognition of management personnel can be truly in place, can the important goal of management informatization be achieved. In colleges and universities, management information is a new management idea, but also the innovation of college management mode, can help colleges and universities to improve their management level and management efficiency. To carry out management innovation, we must first use training and other means to improve the informatization level of university culture. The construction of management informatization itself is a long-term process. In order to realize its sustainable development, it is necessary to do a good job in personnel training and constantly improve the staff's ability in informatization construction. Only in this way can we lay the talent base for the informatization construction of colleges and universities. 5.4. Strengthen the security protection of university network and system At present, the security of the campus network and computer system of many colleges and universities in China usually comes from the following two places: (1) The lack of management system, colleges and universities have not from the implementation of management, personnel, supervision, technology and other aspects of the construction of the corresponding system, monitoring and regular inspection work is only a superficial form; ② The lack of effective supervision and management system in colleges and universities, leading to no rules to follow in this aspect of management work, responsibilities are not clear, the division of labor is more vague, management work is very difficult to carry out. In view of these situations, colleges and universities should adhere to the campus network and information system to do a comprehensive security inspection work, regular inspection work must be comprehensive and careful, inspection work must be targeted and directional. Regular inspection of each information security system has been observed and implemented, so as to effectively prevent 177 network hidden dangers. The campus network inside the university belongs to an open network environment, which is connected with the external Internet, so it is inevitable to be attacked. In order to protect the key data inside the university from being damaged and stolen, the best measure is to carry out regular backup of these data, but at the same time, the corresponding restoration work must be done. After data is backed up, restoration tests must be performed periodically to ensure that the backup data can be restored. In this way, the backup data can be used properly at critical moments and losses from attacks must be reduced. Because of its characteristics of long period and huge workload, the construction of information technology of university education management must have sufficient financial support to ensure the smooth development of the construction work. On the premise of meeting the funds, colleges and universities must make scientific and reasonable planning for the management of these funds and reduce some unnecessary expenses as far as possible. Only on the premise of ensuring sufficient funds in each link can the informatization construction of university education management achieve the expected results. 6. Conclusion With the rapid development of information technology and a large number of extensive application, the traditional college teaching management mode and concept has been unable to adapt to the contemporary society, the college teaching management information reform is imperative, and can not be neglected, because in the modern society. Under the background of the practice teaching management information system, to meet the new period of higher education training personnel requirements, can better develop our education. Teaching management informatization reform and construction can be fundamental. It can improve the management efficiency, quality and level of the school, and can better serve the students and teachers, and play an irreplaceable important role in improving the level and quality of education.
