This paper uses the new concept of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the work of talents in the new era as a guide, and takes the demand of compound talent cultivation as the orientation. Analyze the shortcomings of intelligent services in university libraries in western border areas such as Yunnan, and explore feasible solutions for improving and optimizing library intelligent services, in order to enhance the efficiency of intelligent services and expand service capabilities of university libraries in the region, thereby promoting the improvement of talent cultivation quality in universities. Introduction General Secretary Xi Jinping particularly stressed that "the comprehensive implementation of the new era of talent work should adhere to the overall leadership of the Party on talent work, and adhere to the full range of training and use of talent". Under the new normal, the state and society put forward higher requirements for college students, the comprehensive quality of college students, classroom education is not enough, it should not only have professional knowledge and professionalism, but also should be able to take the initiative to learn and innovate in the workplace, and always reflect on and improve themselves. Cultivating talents is a major plan for the long-term development of the country and the nation, and college libraries, as an important position for cultural education and moral education, have an important mission. Compared with the rapid development of the wisdom library in colleges and universities in the east of China, the wisdom libraries in colleges and universities in western border provinces such as Yunnan started late, opened at a low rate, with fewer functions, and there are certain deficiencies in the services, which are still relatively single in function, lacking in special services, and the role of student cultivation is still stuck in the primitive library lending function. We hope that from the perspective of compound talents' cultivation, planning and construction of intelligent data and intelligent management as the basis, intelligent service as the ultimate goal of the service system, so that the university library service development into a higher level of intelligent service, can better promote the development of students' ability in all aspects, to better cultivate compound talents to provide support. 2. The Important Transformation of Talent Work in China in the New Era 2.1. Strategy for Strengthening the Country with Talents in the New Era General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed at the Central Talent Work Conference, "To do a good job of talent work in the new era, we must adhere to the Party's control of talent, adhere to the world's scientific and technological frontiers, the main battlefield of the economy, the country's major needs, and people's lives and health, implement the strategy of strengthening the country with talent in the new era in depth, cultivate, introduce, and make good use of talents in an all- round way, and accelerate the construction of the world's important talent center and the innovation highland, provide talent support for the basic realization of socialist modernization in 2035, and lay a good talent foundation for the full establishment of a socialist modernization power in 2050." Our students should not only master the classical theoretical knowledge in natural sciences and humanities, but also pay attention to the cultivation of their comprehensive ability, focus on the combination of theory and practice, and put what they learn into practice, and their evaluation factors are mainly basic knowledge, professional skills, innovative spirit, practical ability, and comprehensive quality. 2.2. Emphasize the Cultivation of Versatile Talents in Universities Composite talent refers to both the theoretical knowledge base and technical skills of the overall development of talents, colleges and universities for the cultivation of composite talents, not only need a wealth of theoretical expertise will be organically integrated into the theoretical teaching of practical teaching, and keep up with the industry demand and the demand for job competence changes. "1" is to consolidate the foundation of students' sustainable development in the field of professionalism, "X" is to enhance vocational skills 48 and broaden career development, "1" and "X" should produce synergies between them. The "1" and "X" should have a synergistic effect and focus on integration at the micro level. In order to promote the effective promotion of "1 + X" certificates in vocational colleges and universities, professional barriers should be broken down, professional resources should be integrated, and inter-professional interactive teaching modes should be adopted to achieve the co-learning, co-use and co-development of related professions. Based on the logic of science and technology, the positioning, speciality setting and assessment system of vocational undergraduate education have been clarified, and the mechanism for technical and skilled talents has been improved, so as to promote the development of vocational undergraduate education. The practical courses suitable for the characteristics of vocational undergraduate education are constructed to achieve the purpose of cultivating compound talents. What's more, the cultivation mode of compound talents is different from the traditional mode in the past, which is a new concept proposed. 2.3. Responsibilities of Libraries in Complex Talent Development After years of theoretical accumulation and practical exploration, open education units have established a relatively complete open education teaching management model and learning support service system, supported by modern information technology and relying on distance learning platforms. At the same time, they have actively conducted training for teachers, managers, and professional and technical personnel on the development of course resources and the application of distance learning platforms, forming a strong modern distance and open teaching team. However, the source of students has become a bottleneck for the development of the school, and it has become a new proposal to innovate. The special geographical characteristics of the ethnic areas in Yunnan Province make the development and extension to the ethnic rural areas a new opportunity for the development of open education, which effectively matches the current focus of education work, to widen the urban-rural divide to reduce and regional education development and also provides support for rural revitalization and development of education for ethnic minorities. At present, the research on library intelligent service basically focuses on the three dimensions of intelligent service: service technology, service personnel and service content. Libraries use the concept of "Internet+" to build a multi-platform smart service ecology including library APP, WeChat public number, Mini Program, social media such as microblogging and smart service platforms, which provides an educational and practical platform for broadening students' knowledge, enhancing their learning adaptability and improving their innovation ability. Under the premise of constantly applying various new technologies, we need to start from the perspective of the cultivation of composite talents, re-planning and construction of the service system based on intelligent data and intelligent management, with intelligent service as the ultimate goal, so that the university library service develops into a higher level of intelligent service, which can better promote the development of students' abilities in all aspects, and provide support for the better cultivation of composite talents. College libraries need to actively participate in the whole process of cultivating compound talents based on the school's talent characteristics and their own advantages while enhancing the protection of literature and information resources, and this cultivation process is not only for the teaching reform service within the school, but also for the lifelong education field of college students. 3. The Problems in Cultivating Composite Talents in Universities in the New Era 3.1. The Teaching Content is too Traditional, the Teaching Mode is Single, and the Quality of the Teaching Staff and Teaching Skills are Worrying Most of the updated textbook versions in the new period are "old wine in new bottles", not timely reform and update according to the current needs of social development, resulting in the teaching content of colleges and universities being unable to keep up with the changing times, increasing the difficulty of students' knowledge and the current technology, so that fresh graduates being unable to be quickly integrated into the workplace. Moreover, the teaching mode in universities is relatively single, with most courses implementing a single training mode of "class examination graduation", which cannot cultivate students' ability to comprehensively acquire professional skills. Older teachers in local colleges and universities are experienced in teaching, but they do not have a comprehensive grasp of new teaching concepts and the latest research trends. 3.2. The Development and Construction of Smart Libraries in Western Border Areas are Relatively Lagging Behind Compared with the rapid development of smart libraries in eastern colleges and universities, smart libraries in colleges and universities in western border provinces such as Yunnan started late, with a low opening rate, fewer functions, and certain deficiencies in services. Through the previous exchange visits to the library of Kunming part of the university research, Yunnan construction of intelligent library of colleges and universities is not much, mainly concentrated in 211 institutions and provincial key support for the construction of institutions, such as Yunnan University, Kunming University of Science and Technology Library and so on. College library function is still relatively single, the 49 lack of special services, the role of the training of students still remains in the original library lending function. 3.3. The Amount of Data in University Libraries is Scattered and Massive The number of library data is huge, and readers' access to resources is varied and complicated, although they can find the resources they need through various ways, the fragmentation and disorder of the data makes it impossible for users to comprehensively and systematically understand the relevant resources in all databases purchased by the library, and the access to the resources becomes inconvenient. 4. Building Library Smart Services to Promote the Cultivation of Composite Talents in Universities 4.1. The Concept of an Intelligent Library A smart library is a new type of library operation model that utilizes new generation information technologies such as the Internet of Things, cloud computing, and big data to connect various elements such as library buildings, library equipment, paper collections, digital resources, users, and librarians, achieving comprehensive interconnection and efficient provision of humanized, specialized, and intelligent services and management, ultimately achieving intelligent management and services. It is an organic body that is based on resources, supported by technology, soulful in services, centered around people, and with space as the implementation condition, and integrates various elements. It is based on resources, supported by technology, service as the soul, human core, space as the realization condition, and the integration of various elements of the organism. Smart library has the dual characteristics of Internet of Things and digital library, it has the characteristics of comprehensive perception, co-construction and sharing, ubiquitous service, interconnection and so on. Smart library is a new type of library developed on the basis of the Internet of Things and the inheritance of digital libraries. With the continuous development of radio frequency technology and the effective control of its cost, the application of RFID technology in the intelligent construction of libraries will be more and more in- depth. It shows that RFID technology has established a feasible application direction for library intelligence. Using the "Internet +" concept, the library has built a multi-platform intelligent service ecology, including library APP, WeChat public account, mini program, Weibo and other social media and intelligent service platform, providing an educational practice platform for broadening students' knowledge, enhancing their learning adaptability and improving their innovation ability. 4.2. The Intelligent Service Technology Principle of Library 4.2.1. Knowledge Service Platform Provide personalized knowledge service platform personalized knowledge services, refers to the use of network information to provide continuous services to the knowledge needs of individual users. Service object personalization, that is, according to the user's needs and tailored knowledge services, according to the specific professional or subject areas to organize or implement services, through specialization to improve the depth and quality of knowledge services to achieve knowledge service effect [5]. Through the network information and other media, in-depth knowledge service research process to meet the user's personalized knowledge needs. Combined with the characteristics of the information and knowledge needs of key disciplines, from discipline navigation, information organization, data mining, resource integration, common sharing and other aspects of information organization, to solve the "information silo" and the phenomenon of information disorder, professional knowledge services. 4.2.2. Knowledge Mining Mechanisms In the network information environment, tacit knowledge is a more valuable knowledge. Mining and making explicit the tacit knowledge of university libraries and applying the collected information and other intangible resources makes the knowledge service decisive in the improvement of quality and depth. It determines how data and information are treated and the knowledge is utilized to derive results. The manifestation of tacit knowledge in senior libraries is another special knowledge wealth of libraries, and university libraries should recognize the importance of tacit knowledge, pay attention to the management and application of tacit knowledge, and establish a management and assessment system and environment for sharing tacit knowledge, such as holding seminars. An atmosphere of mutual learning, exchange, and application of knowledge should be formed in the library to better provide users with high-quality knowledge products. 4.3. The Realization Way of Library Intelligent Service 4.3.1. Establish a Smart Portal Service The resource search area of the website is connected to the business management system of the library, realizing the unified and integrated search function of paper and electricity, with rich metadata covering books, periodicals and conference documents, theses, newspapers, multimedia resources, open access resources and other types of resources, which makes the data revelation more convenient and smarter. The new book recommendation function provided by the portal is seamlessly connected with the reader recommendation module of the business management system, which makes it convenient for teachers and students to recommend new books through the portal webpage at anytime and anywhere, and enhances the effective use of resources. In addition, the portal has set up the My Library module, which mainly includes the functions of recommended books, recommended periodicals, My Bookshelf, database customization, collection search and so on, providing favorable conditions for readers to create personalized personal space. Through the construction of the resource service platform, the unified search of the purchased electronic resources of the library can be realized. The unified search can intuitively reveal the content, quantity and source of the searched keywords, and it can also show in detail the clustering of key information such as the type of literature to which all the resources belong, the time period, the author's organization, the region, and the disciplines, etc. The full-text data can be clicked directly from the access paths and jump to the full-text links, so as to improve the efficiency of the resource search of the users. The efficiency of users' resource retrieval is improved. Resource management platform, based on massive metadata, gives schools the authority to manage data independently, combines with the platform's powerful 50 station building function to provide an independent and flexible resource management platform, and ultimately realizes the unified search and collection query in the foreground, database display and other functional services. The platform achieves unified search for various types of resources from multiple resource libraries, including books, periodicals, newspapers, dissertations, conference papers, patents, standards, videos, citations, scientific and technological achievements, information, laws and regulations, and special libraries. In the search result page, the system automatically analyses the search results to form a variety of clusters such as language, initials, attachments, classifications, languages, types, ages, author units, authors, keywords, etc., and supports a combination of ticks in all the clustering options. Users according to the actual needs of any dimension of the group matching search, free expansion and reduction of inspection, so as to achieve the literature of the refined clustering and precision search. 4.3.2. Establish Knowledge Resource Database One-Stop Service Under the network information environment, library knowledge service is a high-level information service based on resource construction and the process of refining explicit and tacit knowledge from massive information resources according to users' needs. Due to the continuous development and progress of network information, the time and space of library service is also undergoing great changes, and the network information service of the library has become an important part of the knowledge service process. The work of collection resources protection and utilization is not the only library knowledge service. Libraries should constantly adjust their service concepts and strategies, transform their service methods to keep pace with the times, carry out technological innovation and mechanism innovation, develop knowledge resource libraries suitable for the characteristics of the users, deeply excavate the tacit knowledge in the libraries, develop digitized network information databases, introduce a variety of mature network resources, and provide one-stop and fast services for the acquisition of user knowledge through links. To establish a special knowledge base for institutions and groups with special needs, and to provide personalized and specialized services. Through contacts and exchanges with users, we will understand their specific needs and build a knowledge resource base targeted at serving them, so as to meet the information needs of special users. 4.3.3. Establish Paper and Electricity Integrated Literature Retrieval Service Library literature resources intelligent service also includes providing paper and electricity integrated literature resources retrieval service for the majority of teachers and students as well as providing accurate and efficient literature resources recommendation and purchase service. The new generation of library service platform should adopt highly scalable, distributed, asynchronous microservice architecture technology to achieve highly scalable and open functional applications based on big data, and the central knowledge base of the system covers collection data and collection resource usage statistics, and realizes the integrated management of paper and electricity to support the unified ordering of paper and electronic resources, and provides the function of recommending and purchasing, so that readers can recommend and purchase freely or catalogue recommending and purchasing through the unified literature retrieval system. It also supports the unified ordering of paper resources and electronic resources, and provides the function of subscription, which allows readers to subscribe freely through the unified literature retrieval system or catalogue subscription. In addition, it provides unified retrieval and display services for paper resources and digital resources, and the retrieval covers library resources, e-books and other literature resources, so that teachers and students can directly view the detailed information of the collection by searching the results of paper. 4.3.4. Big Data Analysis and Mining Application Services Big data analysis and mining technology makes all kinds of knowledge data in the library are effectively aggregated, the library's intelligent service capability is constantly improved, and the knowledge resources appear to be more intelligent. To this end, Henan University of Technology Library plans to set up an electronic screen in the hall on the ground floor, releasing real-time data on readers entering the library, readers' use of data, library space seating data, library notices, promotional videos and other visual content. The service platform carries out popular recommendation and personalized recommendation of databases, books and other information according to the comprehensive rating and user's portrait; in addition, there is a special statistical analysis center to support the statistical analysis of the library's resource guarantee, life cycle, procurement, borrowing, resource utilization, research services, user behavior, operation logs, etc., generate analysis reports, and carry out data output to effectively dock with the big data publishing system to provide big data display. . The development and application of new information technology for university libraries to provide personalized intelligent services to the majority of teachers and students to provide a solid technical guarantee, more mature and commonly used technical means and application scenarios are mainly intelligent retrieval, big data visualization, deep mining, machine learning and so on. The reader user's gender, age, profession, reading information and individual preferences and other massive data by big data technology deep mining processing analysis, the library will better understand the real needs of the readers, and then provide personalized intelligent reading push, customized services, the formation of convenient services, improve user satisfaction, so that the library personalized intelligent services to reach the optimal level. 4.3.5. Innovative Services for Specialized Resources Characteristic resources is the root of library services in the network environment, characteristic resources are different from the library's traditional types of literature, in the content of its unique collection, college libraries should fully explore the characteristic resources and characteristic services, the school's characteristic professions and special subjects, digitize the collection and build a characteristic resource database, use the library's rich knowledge resources to carry out the characteristic knowledge services. According to the actual needs of users, the information content is analyzed, summarized and collated to provide users with efficient and usable knowledge service products. 5. Conclusion With the continuous development of information technology in the new era, the requirements for college libraries to serve in the training of complex talents continue to improve, and the transformation of the library's original service model is imperative. Only the change of service concepts and methods, and the reconstruction of the paper and 51 electricity library resources service platform, in order to meet the demand for knowledge services for composite talents. Driven by new information technology, the service mode of university libraries is changing from the traditional passive service mode to the modern active service mode, and the service content, types and ways have become more intelligent, relying on new information technology such as big data mining and analysis, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and so on, in order to build the intelligent service portal of university libraries, one-stop service of resource libraries, paper-electricity integration of literature retrieval and featured databases, etc. Provide the knowledge required by the new era of composite talents personalized wisdom service has become the direction of the development of library wisdom services, and take the initiative to provide more accurate and detailed wisdom services for every teacher and student in colleges and universities, so as to enhance the library in the cultivation of composite talents play an important role.
