About the Authors Ruoya Huang Ruoya (Sharon) Huang is a junior at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, majoring in Business and Global Affairs and minoring in statistics. She is passionate about promoting civil discourse and helping address global challenges that require multilateral collaboration, such as refugee crises. She is excited to work in public sector consulting and pursue higher education in law after she graduates. Laura Montgomery Laura Montgomery is a junior at Georgetown University, majoring in Mathematics and double minoring in French and Women and Gender Studies. Her areas of interest lie in the intersection of data analysis tools and gender equality initiatives, as well as advancing equitable AI technology. Looking ahead, Laura is excited to explore opportunities that blend technology, equity, and social impact. Dilara Kamrava After graduating from Georgetown University’s College of Arts and Sciences with a major in Environmental Biology and a minor in Statistics in 2023, Dilara Kamrava currently attends the University of Pennsylvania as a first-year Master of Environmental Studies student with a concentration in Environmental Biology. Her interests include mammalian conservation and deep time, and she is considering pursuing a PhD after completing her masters program. 61
