Digital devices with storybook apps allow for books that can be read without a mediator, but that does not erase the need for a teacher mediator or scaffolding, and while the “Read-to-Me” feature or similar is important, and a great aspect of digital text, Reich et al. (2019) found that there needs to be a greater discussion about why teacher mediator is still key even for digital texts that include teaching elements.	cache/gjl-174.pdf	txt/gjl-174.txt
