The work also discusses the year-to-year statistical data of accidents in the work space, recorded by LEPL Labor Inspection in the reporting period, as well as the issued recommendations based on the results of the research “ The assessment of the labor inspection mechanism and the labor rights conditions in Georgia” conducted by the center of Human Rights Education and Monitoring. The work presents the international experience of the evaluation system of professional risks.
