Education Reform and the Fourth Generation National Curriculum

Abstract

The article reviews the fourth generation national curriculum in the context of education reform,
which aims to modernize teaching and promote the development of skills for students in line with the
requirements  of  the  21st  century.  The  new  curriculum  is  based  on  a  competency-based  approach,
which implies the development of critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity and digital literacy.
The article discusses the essence of these changes, their impact on the teaching process and pedagogical
practice, as well as possible challenges and prospects that determine the effectiveness of the reform.
