Consequently, it's crucial to thoroughly re-evaluate problematic issues related to traffic organization. This can largely be achieved by implementing "just-in-time" monitoring and enforcement systems for managing vehicle flows on roads, integrating them into current methods and models. This is attainable through the re- equipping of technical means for road traffic organization, their modification, and the development of appropriate software.
