The first article is “Genesis of Qur’Énic Exegesis with Reference to the Companion Ibn ‘AbbÉs ( ) as its Source-Critical Analysis of Harald Motzki’s IsnÉd cum Matn Analysis of Qur’Én XV:90-91” in which the oriental construction is disproved and position of Ibn ‘AbbÉs ( ) as the father of Qur’Énic exegesis has been confined. In the second article the author studies an important medico-legal problem of the “End-of-life Medical Challenges: Some Reflections on Muslim Juridical Discourse”. The third article proposes the concept of “Takhayyur as a Reform Methodology for Pakistan” to resolve knotty legal problems by restoring to different fiqhi schools. The next article studies the “Review of Divine Economics Framework” for Muslim Ummah. The last article “Trade Based Transactions in Islamic Commercial Law and their Role in the Development of the Rural Local Agriculture Sector in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Proposed Islamic Financing Models)” discusses a significant issue and proposes its solution as per Islamic SharÊ‘ah.
