From Pakistan is presented “The Concept of the InjÊl (Bible) in ×adÊth Literature” based on an Analytical Study. From Indonesia a study shows “How Commitment to Islamic Values Maintain Marital Stability”. A detailed and relevant study from Malaysia is included as “An Analysis of ZakÉt Distribution Scheme in the Light of MaqÉÎid al-SharÊ‘ah in Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore”. This with a theoretical background and actual official state management provides a detailed discussion on the actual use and distribution of zakÉt found in Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore. The next article from Pakistan presents “Modern Product Liability Law and its Juridical Basis in Islamic Law”. From Pakistan a research provides the efficacy of Pakistani statutes and efficiency analysed on the concept of “ØulÍ: Facts and Effects in SharÊ‘ah and Law vis-a-vis Efficacy of Pakistani Statutes and Efficiency of the Judges”. Saudi contribution in the renovation of Masjid-i Nabawi is discussed in the next article from Malaysia under the title of “Old versus New in the Saudi Expansions of the Mosque of the Prophet ( ). Last is a study from Iran on the “Methodology of Mosque-Oriented Built Environments – Case Study of Contemporary Mosques of Iran’s Cities.” An index of the Hamdard Islamicus, vol.
