Based on the strategy for modernizing intermediate opportunities, this research considers industries with an intermediate level (0.5<RCA<1) of revealed comparative advantages of sectors that are not strong in the regional economy as possible areas for diversification of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation under study, and the possibility is determined to facilitate their transition into the category of strong economic sectors through program-target measures to promote regional economy diversification.	cache/hij-448.pdf	txt/hij-448.txt
