Dovilė KRUPICKAITĖ1, Gintarė POCIŪTĖ2 and Laura PECIUKONYTĖ3 Abstract This article provides an overview about the new tendencies on the Lithuanian housing mar- ket shedding light on the development of the gated and guarded neighbourhoods (GGNs).
