Vol.30 (1) 2017 participates from Iraqi population (19).The present data confirm previous articles regarding low rate of BRAF gene mutation in neighbors countries, a study on the frequency of KRAS and BRAF gene mutations from 242 showed that BRAF gene mutations were not present in any of the metastatic colorectal cancer tissues which analyzed in Iranian population (20) also in Saudi Arabia 2.5% ( 19/757) (21) and Turkish population 2% (1/50) (22).
