It can be used for example in window with other ternary compounds, CuAlTe2 film is found to be p-type, and some of electrical properties annealed CuAlTe2 thin film at 300C, it also found that there are two X- ray diffraction peaks at 2Ɵ=24.60and 45.20 corresponding respectively to (112) and (220,204) orientation of the CuAlTe2 chalcopyrite phase.
