Spectrophotometer, type Shimadzu and UV-Visible recorder Spectrophotometer UV-160, is used to measure the transmittance and absorbance spectrum in the range (300-1100) nm region for ZnS thin films The absorption coefficient (α) and the other optical constants which are represented by refractive index (ń), extinction coefficient (k) and the two parts of dielectric constant (ε1 and ε2) were calculated from absorpttance spectrum.	cache/iajs-580.pdf	txt/iajs-580.txt
