PREFACE

As with every issue of the Indiana International & Comparative Law Review, our
student members take great pride and care in assuring the high-quality and
accuracy of each Article, Note, Comment, or other work published by our journal.
However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic that swept the world during the spring
of 2020 and the resulting complications therefrom, the Indiana International &
Comparative Law Review members had substantial difficulty obtaining all of the
necessary sources cited in each paper published in this issue for accuracy-
checking purposes. While nearly all sources were able to be obtained or otherwise
verified, the few unobtainable sources were nevertheless accuracy-checked to the
very best ability of our members in absence of having the actual source available.
Accordingly, please be aware that some footnotes in this issue may have minor
errors, but such errors should not affect the veracity or quality of the content
herein. Thank you for your understanding in this matter and for your interest in
reading the wonderful works published in this issue.
