Addison,^^ pecuniary loss was defined as the value of a child's services from the time of the death until he would have attained his majority taken in connection with his prospects in life, less the cost of his support and maintenance during that period, including such as board, clothing, schooHng and medical attention. Recovery for pecuniary loss must therefore be offset against any moneys that would have been expended for the upbringing of the child but for the wrongful death of the child.
