State, which held that a student's derogatory comments about her principal on the MySpace social networking site was protected speech under article 1, section 9}^^ On transfer, the Indiana Supreme Court also reversed the student's juvenile adjudication, but not based on constitutional rights.^^^ Rather, the court concluded that the student's post did not meet the statutory requirement that it be intended to **harass, annoy, or alarm another person because it was posted on a private portion of the website, and the court could discern no intent to communicate the message to the principal.
