104 conferences Rhetoric and Composition The Pennsylvania State University The Pennsylvania State University announces a conference on Rhetoric and Composition, July 7-10, 1987. There will be a mixture of plenary and special interest sessions in a relaxed atmosphere, combining learning, leisure, and the opportunity to discuss professional concerns with consultants and interested colleagues. Topics of workshops, papers and panel discus- sions include: the history of rhetoric, writing across the curriculum, literacy, evaluation, the composing process and many others. The keynote address will be delivered by Professor Stanley Fish of Duke University.
